    Great All Purpose Kitchen Appliance

The Ninja Grill came very well packaged, and includes a grill, a basket, and a great recipe/instruction book. When you first turn it on, the fan noise is definitely noticeable, but not obnoxious. You can adjust the time and temperature during preheat if using manually, but can also use the "smart" technology and the presets to make things easier. It's fairly simple to use and will actually help you along the way. After preheating it will tell you to "add food". Once you add the food, it will automatically start once the cover is shut. The first thing I grilled were pork chops, but because they were slightly frozen, and less than 1", I didn't use the thermometer. I set the time for 15 minutes. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to flip the meat, but after about 8 minutes, a message came on to "flip". I then read through the recipe book and they have great charts including one that shows cooking time, temp, and when to flip. The recipes, including some for sauces are great. It did not smoke at all, but the heat did set off my smoke alarm (mine is sensitive and close to the unit). Cleanup of the grill and the drip plate were very easy. The second item I grilled were steaks and asparagus, following the instructions exactly from the book. It was wonderful to set the rareness, and let the grill do the rest for cooking time. The steak and asparagus were perfect. We've also used it for simple things like corn dogs, fries, etc. It can bake, air fry, roast, grill - an all purpose appliance for the kitchen! The only two negatives are: I wish the grill and the basket fit inside the unit for storage and no matter how careful I am to use silicone tongs and spatulas, there are some scratches on the basket and I'm hoping it won't be an issue in the future.

    Love the automatic temperature monitoring

    ## Usage The instructions are a little overwhelming for this grill, but there are two main ways to use it: - Manual mode: This is the default when you turn the unit on and lets you set the temperature and time manually. 1. First, tap a function on the bottom (for example, “grill”) 2. Set the temperature on the left side of the display (lo, med, hi, max) 3. Set the time on the right. 4. Press start, wait for the preheat to finish, then put your meat inside. - Thermometer mode: This feature is very cool and automatically shuts off when the inside of the meat reaches a certain temperature. Unfortunately, you can not use this on frozen meats. 1. First, connect the thermometer wire to the right side of the grill. 2. Turn on the unit, then press the silver button with the picture of the thermometer. 3. Select the function at the bottom (for example, “grill”). 4. On the right side of the display, you select the meat (for example, “beef”) 5. On the left side you select the doneness (rare, med rare, med, med well, well). 6. Press start, wait for the preheat to finish, then put your meat inside and insert the thermometer into the middle of the thickest part of the meat. 7. The display will show “Get Food” when cooking is almost done. At this point, you remove the meat from the grill and place it on a plate where it will “carry-over cook” for 3-5 minutes . ## Performance I’ve made both hot dogs and burgers on this grill with “thermometer mode” and they come out tasting great, almost like I made them on an outside grill (although, they are lacking in that smoky flavor). Air frying works well, too, but if you have a lot of pieces in the basket, you need to make sure to shake them up or otherwise move them around every so often while cooking so the air can hit all sides of the food. Preheating takes about 10 minutes and can be skipped, but it is not recommended by Ninja. It’s kind of a pain that it takes so long to preheat, but I like how the burgers come out crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside when you allow it to preheat first. I haven’t really noticed any smoke when using the unit, so Ninja seems to have done a good job of mitigating that. ## Clean up Maintenance is fairly easy. There are 4 main parts to clean: 1. The grilling plate (or the air crisper basket if you use that instead) 2. The splatter guard (mounted in the lid) 3. The grease catcher 4. The thermometer itself All the pieces are non-stick and gunk comes off fairly easily. Hopefully, this lasts over time, but we know non-stick doesn’t last forever. A brush is included as well to help remove the stuck-on food pieces and grease and get between the many grooves of the grill plate. ## Design The unit is rather large and takes up a considerable amount of counterspace. The power cord sticks out directly from the back, making it hard to push up against the wall when not in use. If you have the counterspace for it, it’s a great addition to your kitchen. However, if this is something you plan to put away and get out each time you want to use it, you may quickly tire of that given its bulky size. There is a storage compartment in the side of the unit for the thermometer, but you need to disconnect it and wrap the wire around the storage compartment each time, which is a bit of a hassle as well. It would be easier if there was just a tube alongside the unit you could stick the thermometer in when not in use. ## Summary Overall, this Ninja Foodi Indoor Grill performs great and helps take the guesswork out of grilling meat as the included thermometer monitors the temperature and shuts the unit off when the meat gets hot enough. The unit is somewhat large and bulky, so be sure to take the size into account when planning where you’ll put it in your kitchen.

When I think of Ninja small appliances, I typically think of blenders. Ninja has come a long way with air fryers, pressure cookers, and now indoor grills. Out of the box you get the main unit, a cooking container, the grill, a meat thermometer, a grease catcher, and some inserts. (It comes with some of the most helpful inserts I have ever seen. One is a cooking guide that shows you what settings you should use for optimum results, and the other is a quick start guide) Everything except for the main unit and thermometer are dishwasher safe, but I still prefer to clean the grease catcher by hand using some warm water and dishwasher soap. I'm always intimidated the first time I try to use a small appliance because if something goes wrong, waste of time, and waste of food. This time however, I was very simple to set up and use. Ninja recommends cleaning all of the attachments (Minus the main unit) with some warm water and soap. The front main console is your one stop for getting everything done. You have the power and preheat buttons, your cooking setting, the up and down rockers for temperature and time, and the meat thermometer and start/stop. That's essentially all you need to cook some delicious food. For my first attempt, I decided to grill some Korean BBQ ribs. I insert both the cooking container (To catch any excess sauce and oil) and the grill which sits on top of the container. I turned it on, and let the preheating begin (It takes about 10 minutes to preheat. Ninja recommends it, so I didn't see a need to skip it... even though it has a button that skips it). I chose the high setting, and 10 minutes (The guide said 10 minutes for well done, so that's what I chose). The screen tells you when to add the food, and as soon as I set the first rib, I heard the beautiful sound of sizzling meat. That alone let me know that the meat would be cooked well, and that the marinade would caramelize. At the half way point, I prompted me to flip over the meat, and so I followed suit. When it was done, I opened the lid and noticed that the meat was a tad burnt, but that was my miscalculation because ;the ribs are a lot thinner than a typical steak would be. Luckily it was just the ends of each rib. The ribs had grill marks, and the marinade did indeed caramelize quite nicely, but the taste is what had me giving this little grill five stars. There wasn't a single billow of smoke at any point, and the house filled withs the lovely scent of grilling ribs. For clean up, I placed the container and grill in the dishwasher, and hand washed the grease catcher. (I haven't used the thermometer but the guide shows how to inject the protein and how to use it) There are more settings such as air crisp, roast, bake, broil, and dehydrate which I haven't tried but the air crisp and dehydrate are my next cooking adventures. All in all the Ninja Foodi Smart XL is a little unit that accomplishes a lot. The only gripe is that it's not the biggest grill, so I had to cook the ribs in batches. If this is the XL, then I wonder what the size of the L or M look like... I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes their proteins grilled, and the convenience of not having to hover at the grill to make sure it gets an even cook.

My first initial impression was wow, this thing is a lot bigger than I expected. And as I unboxed It I was quite impressed at the level of build quality and fit and finish that Ninja put into this. The design is really neat, it appears to basically have the intake sucking right next to the exhaust on the back so the heat/steam/smoke etc that is escaping through the exhaust gets recycled back into the cooking process. It does keep the smoke down to a minimum as it claims, but there is a catch. You do have to use high temperature smoking point cooking oils... no olive oil which is my normal cooking oil of choice, so that's kind of disappointing. The way this grill works is basically like a large air fryer, with heating element and forced air fan blowing across an enameled metal cooking grate. You warm up the grill for about 10 minutes and the heater blows on the metal plate until it's hot enough to sear the food. The display on the front lets you know when the grill is hot enough by saying add food. I've used mine to cook Boneless skinless chicken thighs, pork chops, yellow squash, and zuchinni, and I had mixed results. The chicken did not come out very good... instead of being nicely grilled, it came out rubbery, dry, and not very pleasent. I think that was my fault by overloading the grill grate with to much food. The chicken did not get very defined grill marks and basically just air fried in the heat. The vegetables however, came out amazing! Hands down the most flavorful best cooked juiciest, Squash and Zuchinni I have ever had in my life. This grill is my new go to vegetable cooker! The veggies came out nicely browned on the edges, with good looking flavorful grill marks, while haveing an amazingly juicy center. Somehow the fast searing heat sealed all the juices inside the veggies so the steamed internally to perfection. Finally the pork chops. I learned my lesson after failing at cooking the chicken, and only put 4 small chops on the grill at a time. Which turned out perfect. They pork got beautiful grill marks on both sides, and were cooked through in only about 7 minutes. Unfortunately I was using thin cut chops and they dried out. That's not the fault of the grill, they would have dried out no matter how I cooked them. I didn't get to try any of the other settings, but the indoor grill portion of this is the only reason I got it anyways. I can honestly say that with a few more test runs on this I will be able to whip up some nice grilled food that will rival food cooked on an outdoor grill, and that's exactly what I wanted. Cleaning is kind of a pain, but not to bad, and the included grill brush helps a lot. It also comes with a thermometer, but I found that I need thicker cuts of meat to be able to use that correctly. Overall I really like this grill. I think it might be a bit better if it had an underside heating element, or if the grill grate somehow heated up by itself at the same time the fancy top heating element does its thing, maybe it would warm up faster.

    Indoor Grilling!

I love to break out the grill when the weather is nice and I’m always looking for an excuse to be outside BUT, like probably everyone else in the entire world, I find the prep and cleanup of outdoor grilling is just too much these days with kids and tons of obligations. So I went for this indoor grill in hopes that I can still get that unique grilled taste without all of the hassle. Well, I can say without a doubt, this is the real deal!! My wife and I decided to dive right in and cook some chicken breasts. I highly recommend you follow Ninja’s guidance to keep smoke to an absolute minimum (For instance, they recommend that you use canola or avocado oil as opposed to butter or olive oil). We could notice almost no smoke at all when we cooked. Back to the chicken - it came out great! Perfectly cooked, still juicy and tender, AND it has that smoke flavor that you expect from the grill. Total cook time is probably a 1/4 of the outdoor grill equivalent when you consider what at all is involved in getting an outdoor grill up and running. Soooo much time saved. We also used the air fryer option to reheat some pizza for our kids; it tasted like it just came out of the oven from the pizzeria. This thing is certainly more versatile than even I imagined it would be. Like anything from Ninja we’ve ever owned, it’s extremely user friendly to the point you’d almost have to be trying to mess up. Controls are simple, it’s a handsome appliance that you wouldn’t mind leaving out, everything just works like it should, the thermometer even stores on the side of the grill with a magnet. Simple. They include recipes and quick guides to help you make sure you do it right the first time and have an excellent product at the end. You’ll find cleanup is incredibly easy as everything is non-stick AND dishwasher safe (except the thermometer of course) and you’re done with cleanup in seconds! No more scrubbing grates, burner covers, lids, etc. etc. I can’t recommend this product enough for those of us who like to grill but the “grind” has caused you to lose the passion. Get this thing now!!!

Love this Ninja Foodi product. Unboxing and setup was straight forward no assembly required. Went straight to the the instruction manual and everything is very intuitive. The from LED read out is crystal clear and the buttons are nice and clicky. This indoor gril in well built and solid construction. Looked through the included cookbook and there are some nice recipes in there, will have to try some. I decided for the first meal it was going to be steaks. So I bought 2 KC strip steaks and seasoned them up and let them come to room temp. Started the grill up and it began to pre-heat. That took about 10 minutes to do so. It beeps letting you know to add food, since I was doing steak and wanted them medium doneness I selected beef and medium from the menu display, inserted the thermometer into the steak horizontally as instructions indicated. Placed them on the grill and pressed down slightly so they get those grill marks everyone loves to see. Closed the lid and in 10 minutes I had two KC strips at a perfect medium temperature. These steaks were well flavoured and so moist and juicy. This really beats the heat and standing outside to grill on your traditional grill that you keep outside. There was zero thought and little effort into making the perfect steak. There was no smoke at all coming from the unit and the kitchen didn’t heat up either like using the oven does. I’d say this is the perfect companion for those that don’t have a grill like those living in an apartment. The steaks were so tasty that I can easily recommend this to anyone who likes to grill. Even your kids should be able to use it, its that easy. I was super impressed. One think to note is that it doesn’t seem to take up a ton of counter space, but make sure you’re close to an outlet as the cord is a little shorter than id like. But that’s really a non-issue. Love this grill!!! I have not tried the other 5 uses this thing has as I really wanted to grill but I can only imagine it works just as well as the grilling portion does. Very well done Ninja!

The Ninja Foodi Smart XL 6-in-1 Countertop Indoor Grill with Smart Cook System has been an amazing addition to my kitchen. This versatile appliance not only delivers on its promises but also exceeds expectations in terms of convenience and performance. Versatility: One of the best things about this grill is its multi-functionality. It’s not just a grill—it’s also an air fryer, bake, roast, broil, and dehydrate machine. I’ve used it to grill juicy steaks, air fry crispy fries, and even bake desserts, all with excellent results. The 6-in-1 capabilities mean I can prepare a wide range of dishes without needing multiple appliances cluttering my countertop. Smart Cook System: The Smart Cook System is a game-changer. The included meat thermometer takes the guesswork out of cooking, ensuring perfectly cooked meals every time. I love being able to select my desired doneness, and the grill does the rest, alerting me when the food is cooked to perfection. It’s incredibly easy to use and has taken my cooking to a whole new level. Size and Capacity: The XL size is perfect for my needs, offering enough space to cook for the whole family or when entertaining guests. The 4-quart air fryer is large enough to prepare sides or even main dishes, and the grill itself can handle several steaks or burgers at once without overcrowding. Ease of Use and Cleaning: Operating the Ninja Foodi is straightforward, with intuitive controls and clear instructions. The nonstick grill grate and crisper basket make cleanup a breeze, which is a huge plus for busy weeknights. The dark grey and stainless design also looks sleek and modern on my countertop. Verdict: Overall, the Ninja Foodi Smart XL 6-in-1 Grill is a powerhouse appliance that delivers on all fronts. Whether you’re a grilling enthusiast, a fan of air frying, or just looking for a versatile kitchen tool, this is a fantastic choice. It has quickly become one of my most-used kitchen gadgets, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and convenience in their cooking.

I once had an air fryer from another brand that ended up being recalled due to explosion risks. At the time, I didn’t bother sending it back and just threw it away, and since then I completely stopped using air fryers. But cooking fish or meat at home was always a hassle because of the smoke and smell, so I finally decided to look for a new option and ended up buying the Ninja Foodi Smart XL from Best Buy. The price is a bit higher than other air fryers, but the delivery was fast, the packaging was secure, and after using it I can honestly say it’s worth it. The built-in smart thermometer makes it so easy to cook meat exactly to the doneness I want. The outside comes out nice and crispy while the inside stays juicy. I also love that I can get that crispy texture without using much oil, which makes meals feel a lot healthier. Another big plus is that it produces far less smoke and smell than I expected. I can grill fish or meat indoors without making the whole house uncomfortable. The XL size is great too—big enough for family meals—and cleanup is simple since the removable parts are nonstick. Considering my past concerns about safety, I feel very reassured and happy with this purchase. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who often cooks fish or meat at home

We love grilled chicken and steaks. We grill just about every week, even in the below-zero winter, because it's great to have cooked food on hand, and grilling adds great flavor and texture. I wanted to try this out to see how it works and whether it can replace some of my other kitchen gear, and I'm pretty impressed so far. Real estate on my kitchen counter is really valuable, so something has to be really good in order to earn space, and so far this thing is pretty impressive. I grilled some chicken drumsticks and they came out really good. I used the thermometer and it got the chicken cooked really good, nicely browned and crispy on the outside while fully-cooked and tender on the inside. I used the air fryer to cook some frozen burrito snacks and they came out fully cooked and crispy right from the freezer. It takes 5-10 minutes to pre-heat. I've experimented a bit with it, and I determined that it's a bad idea to try to use the pre-heat time to start cooking. My food just turned out dry and crunchy. I think it might be able to take over for the toaster oven -- after some trial and error, I found that if you grill on High, it can toast bread! Set it for 1 minute for normal or 2 minutes for dark toast, and wait until it finishes pre-heating, but the results were really good. It also cooks frozen pizza nicely. It's easy to clean, and it magically doesn't produce smoke! I'm impressed with this thing.

When I first opened the box it was a lot heavier & larger than I expected. I don’t have a lot of counter space. The cord is a bit short also. I am not a chef nor do I like to cook but this made dinner easy for me, the panel is easy to use, display is large & the timer stops when you lift the lid & resumes when you close it. You can do many things with this & some features I may never use, you can grill, roast, air fry, bake, boil & dehydrate. A recipe book with about 15 recipes was included so I decided to try the barbecue/ honey mustard grilled chicken, I used canola oil & had no smoke at all even after adding marinade, this was great because every other indoor grill I purchased smoked & got super hot, this was warm but it didn’t get as hot as I expected it to, there is a vent on the top & fan in the back. The display told m3e at one point when to flip the meat. Our chicken was tasty but was dried out & over cooked. I used smaller breasts & think this is a learning process to get it just right. The thermometer is handy but must be inserted at the start of cooking & tucks away into the side. I am not a big fan of fried food at all but tried the air fry feature with sweet potatoes & also used canola oil again & they were perfect, delicious & not greasy at all. I haven’t tried the other settings yet. A drip pan is included which catches everything & is easy to clean, the fry basket is easy to clean also, the grill grate is easy to wash but hard to dry because of all the grooves, they are all non stick PTFE/PFOA free ceramic coating. I was hoping all accessories would fit inside but they don’t, one has to be left out. Other than the few things I mentioned this is a really fun way to make things, especially for those who hate cooking & the food is good, just takes a bit of practice on the timing to get it perfect.

I’ve been using the Ninja Grill for a few months now, and it has completely changed the way I cook. Whether I’m grilling steaks, air frying veggies, or even reheating leftovers, the results are always fast, flavorful, and consistent. The grill marks come out perfect, and I don’t have to worry about weather or mess like I would with an outdoor grill. It heats up quickly and is super easy to clean — the removable parts make it simple to maintain. One of my favorite features is how versatile it is — I can grill, air crisp, bake, roast, and dehydrate all in one device. It’s become a daily part of my kitchen routine. If you're looking for a reliable indoor grill that delivers restaurant-quality results with minimal hassle, the Ninja Grill is 100% worth it!

The machine is versatile, efficient, and well-rounded. It cooks food thoroughly with minimal effort, making it a great option for small families or individuals who need quick meals on the go, or who want to avoid major cleanups while cutting back on takeout. I highly recommend performing a deeper cleaning every two weeks or once a month. This works for me: Deep Cleaning: 1. De-grease Air Vents and Fan: Oil and residue can accumulate near the vents. Use a soft brush, like a clean pastry brush, along with a vacuum if necessary to remove any buildup. 2. Odor Removal (for foods like fresh fish): Mix 1 part white vinegar with 2 parts water. Place the mixture in a shallow, oven-safe dish inside the unit and heat to 300°F for 10 minutes. After it cools, wipe out the chamber. This method helps preserve the machine.

I purchased this after previously purchasing an instant pot brand air fryer and being beyond disappointed, I do not recommend that item at all... This ninja foodi grill, though! It is perfect! I haven't used my oven since I bought it .. I air fried catfish for 30 people in it, which is the reason I bout it, I've grilled chicken legs/hot dogs.. grilled corn on the cob, made kabobs, even made a box of stovetop stuffing! Garlic bread, steaks, burgers.. everything turns out perfectly and even when set at 500 degrees, it doesn't heat up my kitchen or me lol like using the oven or stove normally does. Yes it's a little pricey compared to other air fryers, but it does so much more than just air fry, aside from my kitchen aid mixer, this is the best small kitchen appliance that I've ever bought.

Great Results as an Indoor Grill and Air Fryer

TLDR: (that’s Too Long, Didn’t Read) To find a place in my cramped kitchen, a cooking appliance must fulfill two basic needs for me; great cooking results and easy cleanup. This Foodi Grill does both. Assuming you have a need for the cooking modes this grill has to offer, and have enough counter or storage space for it when it’s not in use, you’ll get some really great results. When you’re done cooking, just about every part that can get messy pops out and goes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Pros: * Great cooking results. * Easy to use controls and displays. * Versatile cooking programs. * Temperature probe neatly stores in a side pocket and plugs in on the outside. Cons: * All parts cannot nest inside so it’s not as compact for storage as it could be. * Cord is not removable and doesn’t wrap on unit, so cord just dangles when not in use. * No obvious handles to pick it up easily. * “XL” also means that it’s not tiny so it needs a bit of counter and storage space. Setup and Use: Most of the internal parts are non-stick steel or aluminum and are designed to fit in one direction inside with notches that make this obvious. The removable spatter screen that fits in the top isn’t the easiest to remove, especially if really messy, but it does come off and can go through the dishwasher like most of the other parts except for the temperature probe. I’m an RTFM kinda guy and it should be noted that the user’s manual incorrectly states that the probe stores and plugs in on the left side, but it’s really the right side. No biggie, but someone kinda goofed on the proofreading. I used the grill mode to cook up some strip steak and yellow squash. I put the steak on at level 4 Med-Rare and the squash was on a Hi grill for 5 minutes. Both cooked back-to-back (not at the same time) and both came out perfectly done. Cleanup was a breeze because I just put everything in the dishwasher. If you don’t have a dishwasher, though, the grill plate can be a challenge to clean but is nonstick so the included brush works well. Once the parts were clean, I wanted to nest everything back inside the cooled-off grill for storage, but the grill pan and air fry pan don’t fit inside at the same time. Bummer. That’s a small design flaw in my book. The cord also doesn’t wrap under or inside the unit so you just have to wrap it up with a twist-tie or leave it dangling. At least the temperature probe stores neatly in a little pod that magnetically docks in a spot on the right side of the grill. BTW, the “Smart” in the name refers to the automatic probe-based cooking; not to any Bluetooth, WiFi or app-based connectivity. This is a standalone cooking appliance which is not necessarily a bad thing. One less thing to install an app for, update the firmware of, and worry about connecting before use. Conclusion: If you have the need for an indoor grill and have enough counter top or storage space for it, you can’t go wrong with this Foodi grill. It provides fast and accurate grilling, roasting and air-frying with super-easy cleanup. A few small design improvements would make it even better for storage, but the results still speak for themselves.

Ninja Indoor Grill and more another great item from ninja I'm loving the idea of grilling indoors and having better tasting food. I had always used a press grill that always pushed the juice out of the meat. This has a nice space inside a meat thermometer that attaches it self to the ninja. The first time cooking with it the meat did come out a little dry we had the meat temp set might have to adjust the cooking temp on this. The chicken still came out tender not pressed down like my old counter top cooker. This does have more function then grilling we did saute some veggies they came out great not a big mess to clean up and very soft.. Air Fry was able to hold a lot and able to spread everything out so it cook evenly. The one thing about this is it take a little time to warm up and get started and when you open the lid to check on the food it stops and has to kick it back up i with that was a little fast. We are going to try to Dehydrate some fruit we eat a lot of and are always outdoors. something new. The display is big and easy to read it's all push buttons no turning knobs and reading little numbers. Button for Grill Air Crisp Roast Bake Broil and Dehydrate. Clean up is very easy has a drip pan and it comes with a brush to clean the grill that makes it very nice and easy.. It says it can hold up to 6 steaks might have to try it, This is big for a counter top cooker i put a picture of it on my counter and under my cabinets. Overall a great indoor grill i this we will get a lot of use out of this winter.

I don't know how to put into words just how much not only I, but my wife, love this thing. Cooking is suddenly fun thanks to this Ninja Foodi. My wife and I have just been having a really great time using this thing and working together in the kitchen for dinners. We haven't been able to use a grill for a few years due to ours breaking and decided to not bother getting a new one until we redid or backyard.. and this limited us in quality food that we could cook. Burgers on a stove? That becomes old overtime...Never eating steak because why bother without a grill? That has all changed. Upon receiving, I made sure the first two nights of meals was going to be burgers the one, steaks the other. WOW. The cyclone grill technology works wonders. Grill lines? Got em. Juices to the meat? Just enough. . Flavors? All there. This thing cooked the meats to perfection. Not overcooked, not undercooked. You set it, you forget it, it does the work for you, tells you when its time to flip, no need to be waiting by to make sure anything is burning, the smart system alerts you when the time is right. We also used the grill feature for asparagus and corn on the cob. Both cooked great! We typically put asparagus in the oven with some seasoning like salt, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese , so we did the same for the Ninja and grilled.. Unreal the amount of flavors this retained and the taste difference compared to the oven. One of my other absolute favorite features is the smoke control system.. Anytime we cook food on our stove or grill, the smell lingers in the house. Not anymore. No smoke smell and no food smell lingering in the house. This machine contains everything so well. It's really an amazing experience. Thermostat makes sure that any meat you're cooking is thorough to the right doneness. Cleaning is also really easy thanks to the ceramic coated attachments. The one night I did a honey coated chicken in the cooking pot. After that was done, decided to use the crisper over top instead of cleaning it out first and air crisped some mini potatoes. When removing, the cooking pot was completed crusted with black from the honey and I thought, " Oh no, I've ruined it. " Nope. Literally slid right off with a little water, so simple to clean. I strongly recommend this product and I am now looking at other Ninja products that I can add to my kitchens arsenal.
