I just decided to open my chrom amiibo and it doesn’t scan or work or anything and I get one shipped for replacement.

This smash amiibo for the Smash Ultimate game makes for a nice figure.

I LOVE how wavey the cape is! The detail is really good overall. One thing I noticed is that this Chrom amiibo has slightly lighter colors than his Fire Emblem line amiibo, the detail between the two is a bit different as well, for example this (Smash) amiibo has a more detailed sheath, but the Fire Emblem amiibo has more detail on the shoulder pads. The Smash amiibo is also a bit more muscular. I really like both amiibo, but I will say the Fire Emblem amiibo makes a better pair with the Smash Lucina amiibo, as both Lucina (Smash) and Chrom (Fire Emblem) are in the same pose.

The Chrom amiibo is an awesome addition to my amiibo collection. I'm excited to add Chrom to my Fire Emblem family. This figure is very well made, great attention to detail, no paint smears, or bent limbs. Chrom is brightly colored (as much as he can be) and detailed and look great next to the rest of the series. In terms of features right now, you can use Chrom in Super Smash Bros Ultimate to get the most features. You can train your amiibo figure to fight as you play with it and level your figure up as you go. You can also use your spirits to boost certain stats to make your amiibo fighter completely unique to you and your style of fighting. Additionally you can use Chrom in Fire Emblem: Three Houses to unlock special items, areas, and battle as you progress through the game. Other games give small bonuses when scanning any amiibo, but it'll be interesting to see how Nintendo incorporates Chrom into other amiibo supported games. For NiB (new in box) collectors: my box was in okay condition, but it was packaged with my Subscribe & Save delivery and slightly bent so it could fit in a more narrow box, so ordering other items with your amiibo doesn't necessarily mean you'll get a perfect box.

The design of the amiibo compared to the actual character is surprisingly accurate. I especially love how much detail there is in his cape. This figure (like many other Smash ones) can be used across multiple games, so you get a bit of a bang for your buck compared to other toys-to-life figures which only work with one game or series.

Great amiibo with a much better face compared to Marth back when he first came out! He's well detailed but his cape will cause for him to be angled a bit when he's put on display (he feels like 50% cape). His sword can also be bent a bit easily. Mine is slightly bent, but not enough to be bothersome.

The new amiibos these days have such good quality and intricate designs to them. I recommend everyone who wants to collect to start now while they are being made or else you'll miss out and then scalpers will price them way way way above $12-$15. The female corrin amiibo is about $80; don't ever buy it at that price. And sometimes months down the line, they do go on sale so keep an eye out.

I’m not the biggest fan of Fire Emblem Awakening, even though it was my first FE game. However I have to confirm this amiibo is the real deal. The quality of the action Figure is amazing. The cape and the blade are top notch. The coolest amiibo outhere.

While I've never played the series or am fan of the series I do cave when i see a really cool looking figures. This was one of those. Detail is really well defined, Cape sells it.

I love these amiibos, they are cheap to collect and just look great on a shelf together as a group! Amazing details and the fact they have functionality is even better!

When buying amiibos, I usually buy it for functionality and aesthetics. This appeals to both especially if you play the modern Fire Emblem games.
