Happy with the purchase but disappointed that the charger is NOT included with the device.

It is definitely better than the first one but I would like to have a new power cord with it

The 3-d graphics are great! If they are hard on your eyes, they can be adjusted. The control pad and buttons are placed perfectly, to fit between your hands. From the gaming system itself, to the game options to choose from, I am completely satisfied.

Great! Would love a charger but still awesome. 3d is improved and much easier on the eyes.

Right away, I could tell a difference between this and the last generation 3DS XL. It's definitely faster with loading time. Wish they would come out with more New 3DS exclusive games to really see what it can do, but it absolutely works perfectly.

Bought for daughter for Christmas. Game performs exactly as should. Biggest issue I have is that it did not come with charging cable, box did not clearly indicate that it did not and salesperson did not let us know. Fortunately had a cable since had a DSXL, otherwise would have been no fu on Christmas day. Seems like if you pay close to $200 for a rechargeable game it should come with a charging cable.

Wish it came with an AC power supply, but otherwise a very worthy upgrade. 3D is very good.

My kids love the color and the system. Only downside is they do not come with a charger.

It's been a long time since I owned a game boy. Really missed having time with Mario and gang. Still not sold on the 3D aspect. Just a bit too finicky for my tastes. Doesn't really add anything to any of the games. Other than that it's awesome.

The new 3ds xl is a huge improvement over the original. You can really see the differences in loading times and it is alot more comfortable to hold. The new positioning of the game card slot a power buttons are a little strange but don't interfere with your gameplay. The only problem I see is that the new little analogue stick is a little hard to control since it doesnt really move, but I quickly got used to it.

I recommend this to product to all age groups. I loved gameboy pokemon as a child. As an adult with lots of spare time at work, I still love gameboy pokemon. Buy a 3ds and start catching them all again. It's nostalgic and is still very fun!

My nephew loved the Nintendo 3D. It is an awesome.

I gave this to my daughter for Christmas and she said she really loves it. The only complaint she has is where the power button is, she accidentally hits it often and loses all of her progress in the game she is playing.

Have been using this device for about two weeks and it is amazing. I am happy with the quality in the game, the last DS system I had was the first DS system that came out years ago. This system sure has plenty of features that still have me discovering new things daily. There are so many games for it too! The 3D works really well. I have not had a head from looking at the screen for a long time in the 3D mode and it is great!

Although the first 3DS XL had a problem with the game slot, the crew at Best Buy went out of their way to help my son replace it and to transfer all the data from the malfunctioning 3DS to a new one, Great Job guys and gals of Best Buy!!!!

the 3D part is novel... so that catches the eye. the camera's are pretty cool. You have to buy separate games for it... paying $200 for a device, it should do more..... my grandsons, 13 and 12, played a while with it, then went back to their phones ??

'Real' gamers will tell you that phones may provide SOME good games, but lack of input methods truly hampers it's overall experience. And this is where Nintendo shines. My only beef is that they didn't increase the screen resolution. A must buy.

I have been waiting to get this console for awhile. The last Nintendo hand held console i had would be a gameboy advanced sp. I couldnt be happier wit the device along with all the features that just make it feel complete as a handheld.

I think this is a worthy upgrade . But its not right that they dont include a charger.

This was everything Nintendo advertised it to be and everything they should have done instead of wasting time with the 2D. I am more than satisfied with the NEW 3DS gaming experience and am sure anyone who makes this purchase will be as well.
