I love this thing, I take it everywhere. It stays active for 1 hour, and you have to repair it which it super easy; hit the icon in game and the button on the Plus. Having it active will grant you kilometers with your buddy, You can spin stops and catch Pokémon without opening the game. You won’t always catch them and you don’t get a second chance if they run. You can set it to look for stops and/or Pokémon. Pokémon tends to use a lot of balls and once you’re out of basic PokéBalls, you can’t switch ball type. I do not recommend driving and playing, but you can leave your phone in your pocket and gain kilometers when you’re under 30mph. I’ve used it everyday for over a month and haven’t had to change the battery. I also haven’t used the armband since I don’t have a tiny screwdriver handy to change the pieces out. If you have any other questions about it, message me on my Facebook page https://m.facebook.com/groups/788933281217860

Despite repeated attempts to tell my phone that I was a passenger in the Pokémon app it ignored that information and made it completely impossible to catch Pokémon or get PokéStops while riding in a vehicle, this device eliminates that hassle but it is not without error. There are constant disconnections from Bluetooth and losing your cell signal at any point seems to screw it up as well, it's not perfect but it gets the job done 75% of the time. Considering I would be receiving absolutely nothing this is definitely better even though it doesn't work 100% of the time. You do have to actually look at your phone though to figure out if your bag of items is full or if your Pokémon inventory is full or if you ran out of red balls, it will only throw red balls regardless of what you may have.

If you play Pokemon Go a lot, then the Go Plus is a very nice addition and makes the game much less tedious for grinding. Being able to go through mobs of pokemon with the click of a button is nice. I have been using it for almost 2 months and have not had to change the battery yet, which is very nice. My biggest complaint is with connecting. Sometimes the Go Plus just will not connect and I have to restart the game completely before it works. Also, sometimes it takes a very long time for it to register when a pokemon or stop is in range. Even with my complaints, I would still recommend getting this if you play a lot.

Great accessory for Pokémon Go addicts

This product is an accessory for the mobile game Pokémon Go. The device itself is simple, great looking, and solid for the price and what it does. It connects via Bluetooth, and gives you the option to catch nearby Pokémon and/or collect nearby poke stops. The reason for the missing star is because it sometimes needs to be reconnected, which can get slightly irritating. Also it only uses regular pokeballs. This can lead to Pokémon running away from you, and it hurts to see the journal and see a rare Pokémon getting away. Other than that this product is well worth the price tag if you are an aspiring Pokémon Master.

I never understood why people bought this until I finally did. It basically allows me to drive and still be able to get Poke stops and catch Pokemon. Great! It doesn't pick up instantaneously so if you are driving fast don't expect to catch a lot of poke stops but it does fairly well in picking up nearby Pokemon. However, the downside is that this only gives the user one chance to catch the Pokemon and if it fails it will run away. Definitely don't be using it when trying to find rare Pokemon because if you accidentally click that button and don't catch it, it will run away. Other than that it also counts distance for walking so you don't have to be glued to your phone while walking! Perfect for those who want to talk to people while capturing as well!

The Pokemon Go plus is a wonderful addition to your Pokemon catching needs. It greatly increases the ease of hatching eggs, farming pokestops, as well as farming for stardust, all without even needing to keep the app open.

great item for beginners. keeps track of your steps to hatch your Pokemon even when your phone is on sleep. keep in mind, you cant use any other ball than poke-ball. no ultra-ball no nothin. just power-ball. it priorities Pokemon catching rather spnning poken stops and no options to change order.

I now mainly use it for the poke stops because it's not worth using it for catching Pokemon. The odds of it catching a Pokemon are supposed to be 50-50 but honestly, it feels like I only catch a Pokemon about 30% of the time. Its best feature is being able to turn off the screen to save battery life.

Although there is a lot of improvements to be made, this thing allows me to passively play Pokemon Go while driving or on the bus without having to pull out my cell phone. What it lacks is the ability to use other pokeballs other than the standard one and the catch rate on this thing is somewhat terrible. I had a hard time initially pairing it with my Android Nexus 6 phone but I got it to work eventually after reading tips from other users online.

The device is fairly easy to setup with Pokemon Go. It connects quickly and the lights and vibrations tell you what is present. I had to give it 4 stars as it seems to get disconnected at times from some interference in different places. Then it takes a reset of the phone to get it to connect again. Then it will stay connected for a long time. If you want to play and conserve your battery, this is great.

I love the Pokémon Go Plus! I use it with my Galaxy S5 phone. Its great at catching Pokémon at times when I don't want to (or cant) pull out my phone. Also blinks Yellow if its a Pokémon I don't have yet, so I know NOT to push the button and that I should instead use my phone for a better chance at catching it (Plus only uses Red balls, whereas you can use the Yellow and Blue balls, and Berries, from the phone). Helps with Egg hatching in that you can turn your phone screen off, and the Plus will still register steps along with alerting you to Pokémon and Stops. Otherwise, you have to keep the screen active and have the phone upside down in your pocket, and that causes the phone to over heat. For about $35, I recommend the Plus to Pokémon Go players. (Go Team Mystic!!)

I love this gadget. If you are serious about pokemon go, you must own one of these. It catches so many more pokemon that you can on your own. The pokestops are alittle lagging but the pokemon are spot on, well worth the investment.

The Go plus is a decent way to potentially catch Pokemon in the Mobile Gaming App, Pokemon Go. It uses your allotment of only regular pokeballs when a Pokemon is near, it then flashes white for a Pokemon in your general location, you tap the button, and it attempts to capture your creature. If the light flashes green, then multi colored, you've captured the Pokemon, if it flashes red, it means the Pokemon got away or you ran out of pokeballs to throw. Be warned, this consumes pokeballs quickly, so you will run out often if you're not careful.

Definitely helps when you are on the run and want to save battery. You can lock your phone and keep playing with the device. Doesn’t catch every Pokémon but when you do it only uses one ball.

It took me a while to break down and buy this. But, now that I have, I am definitely satisfied with the product. It automatically picks up pokestops and pokemon with just a click of the button. The only negative is that it doesn't pick up the bigger/ higher CP pokemon, but you can change your settings so it only spins pokestops.

Very easy to use, much more efficient way to play Pokémon Go. It works perfect on iPhone with IOS 10, some latency issue in IOS 11. Hope Niantic or Apple have a fix for this issue soon.
