Son loves it. It is still holding up even with him being rough on most equipment. We had a little issue with replacing a rear tire with the country still having issues with distribution but I don’t believe this scooter company is to blame.

Best buy (pun intended) in a long time. I use my scooter daily to get back and forth to work. I was looking for the right one for weeks. So glad I came in.

The scooters main downfall is shipping. It arrived with a damaged box, but other than that, its great. Fast, Decent battery life, and of course, stylish.

I have had this scooter less than a year. It is only used 3-4 times a week. The throttle quit working - I had to have it sent to me as there is no repair dealer within hundreds of miles of me. My kid flipped off of it because the throttle got stuck. Now, 7 months later - the battery won’t charge and I can’t get a new battery or anyone to help me with it.

Best scooter ever, my sons had it for months now and it’s still this favorite birthday gift.

I've done some research on this for quite some time and am very happy this purchase. Buy a name brand product that you can have support online and in person. It has Blu- tooth connectivity and you can do things via the app.

This scooter get flat easy and the back breaks quickly if your riding it for fun. I’m a 6 foot tall 200 pound man and this gets bogged down quickly

I was very disappointed with this scooter. It stopped working within the first six months, so I contacted the manufacturer. They required me to send it in for inspection and then claimed the damage was caused by water exposure—something not covered under warranty. They quoted nearly $900 for repairs. I bought this scooter assuming it was suitable for outdoor use, but apparently even light rain or snow can void the warranty. Unless you plan to use it strictly indoors, don’t waste your money—it’s not designed to handle real-world outdoor conditions.

Battery does not work properly, I have so much trouble on the hills!

This is expensive and waste of money. I will not recommend to anyone. Within 9 months we started getting error code 03. Since in Bestbuy it says manufacture warranty covers 2 years, we called NIU customer service. We were told the throttle might be the problem and it is not covered under warranty. I was given option to pay for shipping the scootter and pay for repair and pay for throttle material. When asked about whats covered in warranty and why in bestbuy we have misleading information, I was sent documentation to read.

I bought this scooter for my son at the beginning. I was a little skeptical to to our prior purchase I made before of another scooter that only lasted three days.

Been using this scooter for two weeks now. I love taking it to work mostly because its only a couple blocks down my house.

Overall good, comes semi assembled. Best buy did little to do with the product

This has been the most fun ever. It gets me to the parks for fishing. I take it to the store for light groceries and even my kids love it.

I love my new scooter:) I am taking my time understanding the phone app, but overall love it. wish they had baskets and accessories for it.

I am beyond frustrated that I purchased this scooter last year (09/22) and it's already not working properly. The rare wheel consistently fails to hold air, causing constant inconvenience. Additionally, the rare wheel locks up periodically when I'm walking it, which is incredibly aggravating. Finally, when I'm riding the scooter, it repeatedly makes unpleasant noises. This lack of reliability is completely unacceptable.
