Being a Bible teacher and being familiar with how God judged the world but saved the lives of Noah, his wife, his three sons, and their three wives (total of eight), I was surprised how little Bible content and how much "poetic" license was felt necessary to generate a film acceptable to the producers.

sorry I spent the money on this one - glad I didn't go see it in the movie house! Seldom is a good movie made from the Bible.

Have not seen yet. Looking online making sure whats biblical and whats not. So I know as I'm watching.

This movie wasn't as bad as advertised. It took a biblical event and made a story around it. Thought Russell Crowe did a good job. Great special effects. Just realize what you are getting when you watch it......

This movie has no socially redeeming values! Other than using a biblical character and event, it may as well have been fiction. I had to read three versions of the bible to even come close to trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The director stated that this maybe the worse movie ever about the bible, boy was he right!
