I love the leather and look overall. Only around the mute button is the leather coming off a little bit. So between the slight defect and the non-layflat it gets a four intsead of a 5 star. I added a glass screen protector on and feel safe with this case. Id recommend it.

Nomad leather case for iPhone 7 Plus

The first time I put it on my phone the buttons wouldn't depress. You have to work the power, vol up and vol down indentations a little before you put the case on.
