I don't like big bulky cases, so I wanted a smaller slim case, this case delivers on that, the leather helps with grip on the phone and looks quite good. Only issue that very well could be a pro is that since it is leather it shows wear after use, so the leather will change colors in spots and have little nicks and scratches. Nothing terrible, and honestly gives the leather more character. All in all, it's a great case if you want a lightweight case that is genuine leather.

More affordable than Apple's offerings and more protective too. It's the only one of its class that protects the exposed speaker grills.

I was undecided between the Apple leather case and the Nomad. Went for the Nomad since it looked just as good for less

the price is just right for the quality and I dont have to worry about the material damaging because it ages so well!

This is a great, sleek case that is minimal and stylish. Excellent for those who like simple and classic.

This is a beautiful case that, like advertised, develops a great deal of character over time and usage. It offers adequate protection in its slim profile, extending just enough to keep the camera lenses off of any surface the phone is set on. It's front lip also keeps the screen protected, though I would recommend the pairing of a stick on tempered glass screen protector to be used in conjunction. As long as you aren't unduly rough on your phone, this case is a good meld of form and function. It also has the added benefit of its interior being lined with a sued-like microfiber that I'm hoping will be kind to the scratch prone surface of my jet black iPhone. However, I cannot speak to the validity of this hope as the case seems nigh on impossible to take off without a substantial effort. I attempted once, but quickly decided it wasn't worth the time. If you are the kind to constantly set and remove your phone from its case, then this might not be for you. Yet; the case is so striking to look at and comfortable to hold, I can't imagine why you would wish to.

It's nice fine leather the only thing is it scratches easily

This case is thin, light, and has a good, grippy leather feel. It protrudes very slightly above the screen for better protection. It wouldn't be enough if you drop your phone a lot, but for me it's all the protection I want, and it looks good, too.

This was my first choice for a case when I got my phone...sadly I went with another one first...now I have what I wanted and this should have been my case all along. Great finish, fit and feel. Also matches my Nomad Apple Watch band perfectly!

Very high-quality. There's very few leather cases out there that have a 360° around the edge coverage. If you look carefully the Apple that her case is awesome but the bottom is completely exposed to nicks and scratches. This one takes care of that

Great fitting case, leather looks and feels good. Ringer on/off toggle is a little hard to get to but it's because I have fat fingers, had the same problem with the apple case but that was $20 more than this one (I paid $21)

I bought this for my iPhone 8 plus. There are two issues, one major, and one minor. The major issue is that the cutout for the side silence switch (above the volume buttons) isn't properly aligned, so it's very difficult to operate the switch. I was able to push the switch up, but when I went to push it back down, it was too far under the lip of the case. The only way to get it back down is by removing the case, or sticking something small up in there, like one prong of some tweezers. As a person that turns my phone on and off of silent many times a day, I can't live with that, so I'm returning this case. The minor issue is that the bottom part of the case is too thick for me to put my phone on my lightning dock alarm clock. I can't push the phone down far enough for the dock to engage, because the case is in the way. So keep these things in mind before you purchase. Definitely wasn't the right case for me.

This was a gift for a family member and he loved it. The leather is great quality and the color is exactly what he was looking for. It is smooth to the touch and the phone fits perfectly in the case without it being too snug.

Great case. My only complaint is it scratches easily. Not a big deal, I should have expected leather to scratch. I'm looking for a conditioner to hide the scratches. Still looks good and protects my iPhone 7 plus.

this leather case provides full round protection for your phone. the apple leather case does not. its open on the bottom. the nomad feels great in the hand and i think it wears better than the apple case

I've had this case now for 2 months and I love it! It is better than Apple's own version in my opinion. Stronger, sturdier and more protection. Goes darker with age but it is excellent.. super stylish!
