    I bought this for VPN but it want load on my phone nor my iPad. Seems I’m not the only one with this problem. I’ve used Norton for a good while, but likely will try another brand next time if not resolved. It was for 10 products which is great, but again it’s not that simple.

    The product would have been great if they didn't forced you to enter your credit card to activate the product. It should be up to customer if they wanted to renew the product. It is cheaper to buy this software during Black Friday compared to renewing it directly via auto-renewal that Symantec is forcing every customer. It is a pain to have to call customer service to take the auto-renewal off the account. The website is not user friendly for cancelling the auto-renewal.

    Ive used Norton for quite a few years and it works very well, at least what I use it for which is namely anti virus functions. I do not use most of the other bells and whistles included, which is one reason I give it 5 stars. Id rather pay less for what i actually need. Norton also charges outrageous prices directly and If you allow this to auto renew it will be around 4 to 5 times the price you pay at best buy, or other retailers, so i highly suggest turning auto renew off.

    With the Norton 360 Premium it is advertised that the Dark Web Monitoring is included but an additional was requested that I did not purchase. Other than that, I am satisfied with my purchase.

    Better deal than renewal, however, I had to uninstall on some devices. Good product, renewal tail is starting to get painful. Maybe next year will be time to look for another product.

    Have gone back to "old faithfu" on sale 75% off (100 to 25$). To replace webroot. Because webroot wanted 39$ to "investigate " not fix software issues webroot's own problems with college documents downloads. See how it goes?
