As a small business, I don’t have the time or skills to support my IT needs. Norton Small Business Premium protects my business in so many ways beyond traditional anti-virus applications. My experience began with the install. Extremely simple and easy. Just launch the program and it walks through the process, asking questions for the various components I might want to use. No hunting for features, or how to enable functions. Once installed it performed quietly in the background. It feels like a guard dog watching for intruders, yet I never have to worry about it. Unlike my previous protection which seemed to bark at the most inconvenient times. Among the features that set this apart for me, was the focus on small business needs. Tech support for typical IT issues and virus identification and removal available 24/7. Dark web monitoring for my employees. 500GB cloud backup for my important business files. Social Media monitoring for my website to protect my admin account. It even monitors my bank accounts for suspicious activity. All of this is designed to help me focus on my business and sleep better at night. Simplicity and strength make me glad I chose this for my business.

Norton Small Business Premium is awesome. Very easy to setup and install. Works with Windows 11 without any issues. Allows for many security options, from malware, to extensions with browsers to prevent hackers and illegitimate players from hacking into your system. I installed on Laptops and has been protecting for almost a week with no slow down of my systems nor intrusive popups or ads. I was very impressed with it being non intrusive and for clear instructions with the wizards. Comes with VPN and Password manager if needed. Find files to cleanup, Updates your apps by finding those that need updated and allows you to continue or not. Looks for files for cleanup and again allows you to select and remove or choose what to delete if any. I have been able to free up disk space and get my laptop running at optimal configuration without fail. My laptop starts up faster since I can choose when to launch startup programs and delay those programs I don't need on startup to get things up and running quickly. Definitely would recommend this software to anyone who is looking for a solid choice.

I am a technical personal and use many different computers and mobile devices. I would recommend this for small companies and households that are not technical or have people who are not as careful on the web as they should be. I like the features included with the software and the installation was really simple. It was fairly fast depending on how much you watch and dig into each feature being installed. I liked how it played well with other Norton applications. There are so many pieces to this software that it could take some time to get each piece configured the way you want it and also to determine which options you want to take advantage of. I feel like this does a great job of providing a somewhat safe environment to work or surf the web. But it will not stop you from breaking your own system anyways. It can help maintain the system speed and performance. It works well with Windows 11 and warns you that it will not allow new installs on older versions of Windows. I do recommend this for both novice users and systems with many different types of users.

Finding the right Antivirus and Security software can be tough, especially when 'experts' will tell you to rely on built in capability in Windows, etc. But the reality is, when you run a business not everyone you employ will be computer savvy, cyber smart, and you will need better protection. If you accept that, then you will know you will need something professional and the Norton Small Business Premium Suite is a great solution. Setup is easy, you create an account at my.norton and you use the activation code to download the right version for your device. I have tested Norton Small Business Premium on Windows, macOS and iOS and it has been easy to setup and use (aside from having to make sure macOS permissions were all OK). The 10 device license is effectively 5 employees (assuming a computer and mobile phone for each) - and Norton makes it feel like you have an onsite security person on your team. The feature list is exhaustive - antivirus, cloud backups, password manager, VPN services, SMS spam filters (surprise and valuable inclusion), bank account monitoring, social media account protection, calendar protection - as a small business operator, these are invaluable additions. It's given be a lot of peace of mind, because now I don't need to constantly worry that my staff will accept an online appointment that really is a phishing attack, it protects me from the deluge of spam I use to get because we publish our after hours number online, and I don't have to live in fear that our Facebook page will be hijacked because my office manager confused her personal vs our work page. It's hard to find something that the Norton Small Business Suite doesn't solve for when it comes to business protection. In fact every day I discover something else I can setup and do (just learning about the bank account monitoring). I will say that one thing that could be better is having a single app for your mobile device, at least on iOS I have to download different apps for security vs password manager. It's probably an iOS limitation, but it wasn't as an easy 1-click install and be done as it has been on my PC. In terms of performance, I haven't seen any degradation in speed on my phone or laptop, which is also real important when you're after a security solution for work. Norton has also become far less intrusive, in that my work flow and work has not been impacted - I can still do all I did before, just with the knowledge I am better protected. If you, like me, run a business, have a team of mixed technical and cyber security skills, and want to know you have your bases covered, Norton Small Business is a great solution.

I have used Norton antivirus programs occasionally depending on what features I am searching for at the time. It had been several years since I had Norton Security and was attracted to the features and benefits that were listed for this Norton Small Business Premium bundle of items. I noticed right away that it listed receiving 500 GB PC cloud storage which is the average size hard drive of most of my laptops. I get tired of having to pay for cloud storage subscriptions, so this was the first attractive feature I noticed. I then noticed that it had a good VPN program with bank-grade VPN encryption built in. I was pleased to have the extra protection because of how frequently I receive fraudulent texts, phishing emails and so much more. I am hoping that by using a VPN like this more often it might cut down malicious messages I see every day. I then focused on the password manager and vault that they created and seems to be a good program in the way you can control access to it or not. I also like the fact that they include other software programs for updating your computer and then a good utility program to be able to quickly remove all the data and cookies picked up throughout the day so I can keep my laptops running smoothly and can use this program instead of another one that I normally purchase to keep everything running smoothly. Once again, I realized I was receiving more quality software that I could stop purchasing from other companies since it was all included in the Small Business Premium bundle. The program also has social media and dark web monitoring to search for your information to make sure you are aware of any new breaches. I was not really interested in dark web monitoring since I already have free protection from several sources who had data breaches that include my personal information. I do feel more secure overall with the powerful Norton Small Business Premium program because of how well it runs and keeps my laptops updated frequently when the latest updates are available.

I've used a few of brands of ant- virus products and find them all useful but sometimes super aggressive, even in blocking sites I do intend to visit. I chose Norton because of thre brand, and the small business 10 unit plan was perfect for my needs. Initial set up was intuitive and mostly, uneventful except for the product code not attaching. I did not like the, 'credit card needed for auto renew'. Life happens and I may not see the notice for auto renewal, or may miss it for a number of reasons. I do not like being forced to attach my credit card to get started. I already have the product, and should not be set up for future commitment beforeI even start. Once set up, I did like the dark web monitoring, although knowing is one thing, but fixing seems to be unknown. The software has not shown any slow down or issues and works in the background fairly well. Anti-Virus is one of these background things, which I feel is necessary, but one really never knows how well its working or have much interaction with its function. That being said, I will say it shows not issued, and apart from the credit card to set up, I am fairly ok with it.
