Pleasant, mild vibration on a comfortable neck cushion. Good if you are looking for a mild-moderate steady hum around your neck. My boys have already tried to claim it from me.

Very comfortable neck pillow! I love the closer because it stays together and does not come apart while traveling and being lugged around! The high vibration setting rattles my brain a bit, but if you like a heavy vibration—that’s your setting— I’ll stick to the low setting! It does require 2 double A batteries and does not include them.

It’s more of a vibrating pillow you use around your neck than a true massage. It definitely feels good and is very inexpensive but the massage name is a bit misleading.

The product is just ok. It’s not expensive by any means. And if you enjoy a vibration type massage on your feet than this will be great for you. Just not got me.

Perfect if you need a little vibration for your neck. Ive flown with this a few times and its been nice to have a massager built in.

My neck massager came in a blue color which I don't mind, I like the color blue. I enjoy how the neck massager is adjustable for how tight you would like it. I wish there were more massage nodes as there is only 1, which is kind of on the loud side.

Really unique & clever design. Provides an enjoyable and effective vibrating pressure on my neck that is relaxing and useful in relieving soreness and stiffness in my neck.

The massage feature is not good. However, it's great to wrap around the back corner of my chair's arm to give me pad when I lean preventing the arm from digging into my ribs.

The NuvoMed Neck Massager functions. To be fair my neck problems might have been to advanced for this device to help but these are the issues for me: 1. The device was not tight enough on my neck. 2. The vibration level was too low. 3. 2 AA batteries required. Really? How about rechargeable! Overall I would not recommend this product under most circumstances.

Good one but only you need 2 AA batteries to operate... If it was rechargeable it would be great. 2 vibrating mode and not too much noise is good thing

Its not what I expected, it just vibrates but I got it onsale and its not bad for what i paid. I recommend buying a better one

Immediately out of the box this only worked on low speed. Unfortunately it doesn't curve around as much as expected, I understand it's a function of its design and still being able to massage the neck. But we didn't realize that before we had purchased it. The more traditional shaped 'u' shaped one that we have is still more effective.

Great size and fits comfortable around your neck and I got it for a great price. And I recently used it on a road trip and it was great.

Good concept but massage was rather weak. I guess that should be expected given that this massager is battery operated.

This product is just okay. It works with 2AA batteries and the massage is not very relaxing. I use it on my knees. I'm going to spend more money and get a better product.

Probably not worth it, even on sale. I ended up giving it to my kid who enjoys it, but it’s an awkward pillow that doesn’t provide much other than vibration.

Very comfortable and works well when you just need to relax. Overall I would recommend.
