Very comfortable for long stints. Also wide enough to curl up in. Only minor complaint is the trays, they are flat black and show water marks very clearly. But easily wiped off. Love them.

I was excited to receive this item, the leather is quality. It reclines really easy and super comfortable. It's advertised as everything I wanted with the Blue LEDs around the cup holder and bottom and supposed to come with both of these things. Unfortunately mine did not come with LED cup holders and has no blue LEDs on the bottom. It also did not come with the swivel table trays, which are valued at $35 each on other websites. The shipping company they use, "pilot freight" were total jerks, refused to bring the package into my house when my fiance got the shipment, they just put it in the garage on a pallet. I had to move it into my home myself later. Overall I'm pretty upset with the purchase, because I feel like I payed a lot for what I didn't get. I called Best Buy's customer support, they said they can't send me the parts that were missing and I would have to return it and have them ship me a new one weeks from now. It's already in my house and assembled. That's unacceptable, I was willing to look past not having the LEDs on the base and cup holder and just have them ship me the table trays, but they said I have to return the entire item. Such a pain for something they could just send me. I won't recommend anyone buy these theater seating from Best Buy and if you do, don't put it together until you know it's the right thing.
