    Cool chairs, don't get me wrong - But their pricey for what you get. I should have went with LA-Z boy for 600 less similar product. I like what I got but wouldn't recommend unless you really want that genuine theater setup like I did.

    I held off writing this review due to the fact that the chairs were delivered with a defect..lights did not function. Calls to OCTANE were answered promptly, and they acknowledged an "issue" with some switches. They promised to mail the part and a video showing the fix. This put me off quite a bit. I just dropped almost $2000 on your product and you want ME to fix it? They did offer to send a tech, but the timeline was way too long. I jumped in...received the parts, watched the video several times and in about 1 hour...all done. Now I'm happy. The chairs are extremely comfortable, look great, seem well constructed(all metal, no wood underneath). I'm pleased with my purchase. Still aghast that they would send out a product with "known issues", BUT they were helpful patient and prompt when needed. That counts. Delivery was smooth and no issues. Best Buy was excellent in their knowledge of the quality of the chair and letting me know...stay away from the "bonded" version. I will certainly recommend these to others, great bang for the buck.
