Without going into much detail, Oldboy is a revenge film that will leave you utterly speechless at times, and in tears during others.

This has you guessing why him and you don't want to miss nothing and the ending will blow you away must see!!!!!!!!!!

Old boy is not just a film it's an emotional experience

The story of a man kidnapped off the streets, locked away in a hotel room for 15 years, then given 5 days to figure out why this was done to him. Oldboy is a Tarantino-esque mystery all the way to the end. Never have I been shocked about a villain's plan or the feeling of insanity throughout the story. The ending is a true masterpiece of storytelling with some of the best lines I've heard from a movie, "I may be a beast, but don't I deserve to live" and "laugh, and the world laughs with you; weep, and you weep alone". A must watch for anyone bored of spoon fed mysteries.

If you are a fan of asian cinema, psychological thrillers, suspense thrillers, or really any seriously disturbing movie then this is an instant classic you'll want to watch more than once. The plot keeps you at the edge of your seat, second guessing every decision you made about the main character, throughout the entire film. The direction is brilliant and this is seen in the other films in this trilogy: Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance and Lady Vengeance. But, Oldboy is by far the most standout film in the series. Too keep this short I'll leave it with this. I've seen this movie well over a dozen times, and have introduced everyone I know to it. Nobody has had anything negative to say about this movie.

This movie has some serverly intense twists and turns. It is very hard too categorize what type of movie this is, except too say it is brilliant. I highly recommend this movie. You will walk away from this movie in awe!!!

Just another run of the mill detective flick. The plotline was intense up until its terrible twist. It pulls you right out of the movie, and makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the ending.
