I got this to go with my Olympus 40-140 f/2.8 Pro lens. It was specifically designed for this lens. But it will work on the new 300mm f/4 Pro lens as well. Very good quality. It's teeny tiny. And the price is right! (Nikon's is more than twice as much.) Very sharp, high quality, and adds negligible weight to the camera/lens combination. Get it. Superb bit of kit.
