Durability is surely questionable on this product but for the price (and if your nice to it), nothing should break on the actual juicer. > the accessories or flimsy, but the brush that cleans the filter works well as long as you clean it right away. > support via web was non-responsive about a broken waste bin accesory i had out-of-the-box. I havent tried phone support but it wasnt that big of a deal to not use it

Th plastic part didn't survive a third juicing attempt with the machine. What appeared to be a promising and easy to use juicer turned out to be a flop show. As for previous attempts I can only say that it was easy to assemble and clean but can not say the same for overall build quality and material choice for the most critical part of the juicer.

Juicer sturdy and well constructed. Easy to assemble and break down. I juiced broccoli stalk, celery, cabbage, kale, dandelion, apple, lemon and beet. It extracted the juice from them all well. The pulp was relatively dry. The machine operates quietly. There are 8 parts to wash in the clean up. The opening is small and it takes time to chop everything up and feed through the chute. This is my reason for returning and going with the Breville.

This juicer is great, I’ve juiced, carrots, beets, ginger, grapes, celery, apples etc.... only thing the opening is small so you do have to cut in pieces!

I love this juicer. I admit I first saw it on a late night infomercial and it just seemed like one of those full of hype talks that I happened to look up and see when I was working on my computer. I kept sneaking a peak at the infomercial and finally checked the internet and Best Buy to see if this juicer was a legitimate product. I read the reviews on Best Buy and decided that it seemed to be real. I am so happy I purchased this. It is small which means it has a small countertop footprint. It is true you can't get a lot through the slot at one time or use large pieces but who cares when it processes the pieces quickly and efficiently. The pulp that comes out of the waste hole is dry but edible if you'd like to get some fiber (of course this depends on the vegetable or fruit and I've only eaten the carrot pulp thus far). The juice itself tastes great. It comes with a recipe booklet that gives you many ideas and nutrition information. The other good thing about this juicer, aside from the ease of use, is the ease of clean up. It is so easy to put together and take apart to clean. It also feels very sturdy which is reassuring. I'm not concerned it will break or fall apart. For once in my life I'm glad I paid attention to an infomercial!

So far I'm really impressed with this juicer. I intentionally brought this as a way to incorporate more vegetables and fruits into my diet. I don't use it every day just twice or three times a week at most. The negative reviews that mentioned the plastic broke off are probably because they press on the chute firmly but it could have also been a defective product. Because this is a slow masticating juicer you will need to cut your vegetables and fruits into small pieces. I REPEAT, YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THIS, or else you risk breaking your juicer. The pulp comes out a bit soggy for cucumbers and celery but other than that I'm really pleased with this juicer. It's easy to clean and store and the juices still taste good after three days of refrigeration. I think for the price you can't really complain. It also comes with a manual/recipe book.

I was at first afraid to order this juicer because of the low price. This juicer is a monster it will juice anything flawlessly. Clean up is super fast and easy. Comes with recipe book but you can create you own creations. I even juice spinach and kale with no problems. Will do a whole carrot with no hesitation.

Great juicer! Super easy to use and break apart for cleaning. Other juicers are super loud and take up too much space. This one is great!

This is a solid juicer and I got it at a great price. It has some trouble with clogging the mesh screen and will back up though so I have to take it apart and clean the tiny holes. It sees some heavy use though so I am still very satisfied.

First juicer I've purchased and I must say it's amazing!!! Easy to use and minimal noise.also comes with some recipes.

This juicer is amazing even though I broke my first one. I've had two juice fountains but the masticating is where it's at. The high speed ones are great until the strainer gets clogged and it will happen no matter how clean you are. Pros...The Omega is perfect for the daily fresh juicer. It has a small enough footprint to leave on the counter and clean up was too easy. It comes with two strainers so you can be ready to go with an easy rotation. Cons...the vertical shoot is small. Smaller than the previously mentioned so you have to do a little more prep. I broke it by trying to stuff a quarter cut of beet in the shoot and I should have done eighth's. But I've been doing the rinds of watermelon and pineapple with ease. The pulp comes out barely damp and makes great compost. Carrot, ginger and pineapple juice is my favorite mix. The only one that may be better is the Omega in the $400 range. Get the GeekSquaud Protection.

Really easy to clean, great results. I've researched a lot of juicers and the most important is to not heat up the juice (while most of them at high speeds do this) it destroys the enzymes - the whole reason we juice. So, masticating does the job and this juicer worked for my celery juicing extravaganza!

Don't buy it!!! The worst quality at all as well as their costumer service. I've bought it three months ago. With regular usage, two-three times per week I ended up with broken part. I've contacted costumer service they are going around not be efficient and not solving the problem at all. I've done research on Amazon and there is a lot of similar comments and problems with bad quality of the parts.

Makes good juice. Better than the masticating jucier they sell. Not as loud either.

Excellent product. Easy to use and wash. And the juice quality and yield is so much better than centrifugal juicers.

it was a really good juicer but it was so slow, I also had to cut the fruit so small for it to fit into the machine. Very time consuming. I did like the fact that it really juiced the fruit and vegetables but I needed something a little faster.

I have purchased a couple of different centrifugal juicers and another, less expensive, masticating juicer. This juicer is the best one yet, by far. It has shown itself to be effective with leafy greens, carrots and other hard vegetables. It is certainly the easiest to clean! Highly recommend this juicer.
