I recently purchased the OnePlus 12 from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with the phone itself—fast, highly capable: it’s a fantastic device. However, I encountered an issue with an e-sim that I had bought alongside the phone. It wasn’t working as expected, but my local Best Buy stepped up in a big way. They called me proactively and issued a refund for the e-sim, which was a pleasant surprise. The associate who handled my case was truly a retail hero in a world where helpfulness is becoming rare. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. Kudos to Best Buy for having such dedicated staff!

This phone is amazing! I wasnt expecting the cameras to be so good, the battery lasts for days without charging, and the display is crisp and responsive. If you dont want to pay Samsung S24 Ultra prices but still want a Flagship phone. This is the one!!

Excellent smart phone. Switching from Samsung S22 to OnePlus was a great idea. The camera has excellent quality and I love the ultra fast charge feature. My phone goes from 0 to 80 in less than 1 hr.

It is a phone that works very well, it does not get stuck with games that are very heavy and not to mention its camera, it takes excellent photos, the truth is that the cell phone handles very well that I do recommend it.

So far, the phone is doing great. It has a fast processor and fat storage. I love the OnePlus phone.

This is my 3rd OnePlus phone and I am writing this review after using it for 15 days. 1. I am liking the curved display. 2. Battery Charging time 40 min and Lasts for 1.5 days, even after continuous screen time. 3. Camera is somewhat satisfactory, may be expecting too much. Future software releases may optimise the setup. 4. Black colour looks good, a bit slippery and must use a case. Camera heap may need extra care.

So far I have enjoyed my smartphone 100%, photos, games, fast fluid navigation and high resolution, the best among the best...And all this without mentioning finishing the day with 30 percent battery and waking up and before going to work in 35 minutes we are 100% back on track.

This is a great phone and I switched form iPhone to OnePlus and is a go for great phone fast and lots of memory.

This phone is amazing, absolute quality. If you are looking for something that charges in the blink of an eye choose the OnePlus 12. Battery life is also quite good with its 5500 maH battery.

The OnePlus 12 is a competitive powerhouse smartphone at a Competitive price. Absolutely zero gimmicks to be had, this flagship really demonstrates that the company means business when they place their best foot forward.

Good phone is super faster anytime, and the super fast charger charges easily in less than 20 minutes. Wow!

An incredible device! The Green variant is very eye-popping, with performance to back it up. Although the curved design isn't my preference, this phone delivers in every category- including price!

I love my phone. This is the 3rd unlocked One plus phone that I've owned. Taking pictures is so easy and the photos come out so clear.
