This movie hits home due to the fact that i am in the same fire service as my brothers... This movie although Hollywood really hits home and feels very authentic. True story which makes it even better. Highly recommended. Whos cutting onions?

Wish they would have left out all the language and innuendo... was hoping for the Everest of fire movies but not so

Great picture concerning the Granite Mountain Hot Shots who lost their lives battling the wild fire in Yarnell. Individual personalities were developed and their relationship with one another. Their impact they also had in their community and family.

THIS MOVIE WAS A VERY DEEP AND ENTERTAINING FILM BASED ON TRUE/EVENT'S.THIS FILM WAS DONE VERY WELL,IT MUST HAVE SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACK'S DURING IT'S RELEASE IN THEATER'S.IF YOU LIKE FIRE/FIGHTER-FILM'S LIKE ALWAY'S-YOU WILL LOVE THIS MOVIE.

This movie is truly inspirational. Based on a true story watch these brave men and women perform show yoy what caring for other really means. A great watch for the entire family.

This film seems true to life. I can't imagine anyone needing artistic license in the making of a film about (hotshots) firefighters. The drama and sit on the edge of your seat real lives are exciting enough. Definitely worth watching.

Excellent movie. Based on true events when the hot shots fire rescue team were killed after being trapped in the middle of the fire. Very emotional drama. Great story.

My wife and i didn't know exactly what we were getting into. We thought this movie was about the daily lives of these fire fighters. Which it was but we did not know about the tragic ending. We were almost left in tears.

The true story of Hotshots that battle forest fires and save communities. Strong performance from Josh Brolin as the experienced leader of the hotshots. Great story and it all happened. Entertaining, would watch again.

As someone who's lived in Arizona and knows the Prescott area well, this an accurate depiction of the surroundings the deaths of 19 fire fighters. The acting is excellent; especially Josh Brolin and Jennifer Connelly.

An intense story of how twenty plus men become "hotshot" forest fighters in a small town in north western Arizona... very enjoyable with great acting and an unbelievable storyline that is true... Very sad ending ....

I bought this for my son in law for Christmas. He was close friends with one of the actual characters in the movie. He has seen it before and has wanted to own it.

This was one of my favorite movies that shows how hard it is to fight wildfires and the dangers that the crews face every time they go out on a fire. This could bring you to tears at the end also so be prepared.

This is a fantastic film based on the true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots. One of the most powerful, emotional movies of the year. Would've liked a 4k release for this film, but the Bluray is beautiful!

Always seen previews for this movie, but never had the opportunity to see it in theaters. Saw it for the first time and we were amazed on how well this movie was done. Very sad story that was told very well.

This movie is a story of wildland firefighters. Before watching this movie, I have no idea what a wildland firefighter is. This movie makes me understand how brave firefighters have done to save people.

GREAT movie and the fact that families of the firefighters receive part of the dvd purchase price I hope people buy this movie to enjoy it and help people who lost loved ones to fire's across this country

The movie is about a actual event thus making it more compelling to watch. It is a real tear jerker at the end. The acting was great and the plot very good.
