Had to use Geek Squad services when my laptop stopped working. They were very good at explaining what they needed to do and worked with me to find a solution.

Experienced the blue screen of death and took my laptop to Geek Squad to see if they could help. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to take my laptop in and get it sorted. I was without it for a few days but it's now working great. Everyone I spoke with was really helpful and kind so I appreciated the assistance I got.

The geeks installed a new hard drive and reloaded the operating system and everything is working well. They were professional and knowledgeable and completed the work faster than estimated. I love the geeks!

Geek squad is the best took care of my problems fix my laptop

Had a major problem with my laptop. I needed to reset it after an overseas "helper"? messed it up so badly that I was unable to get recover key from Microsoft. After chatting online then talking to a person to determine if the Geek Squad could help me, made an appointment and took it in. The person I dealt with was super! He got the recovery key and also reinstalled Windows 10 for me! I would definitely go back to them for help with my devices,

As always, the people at the Geek Squad always take great care of me. My only complaint is that Best Buy is closing down its' store in Plattsburgh, NY. I seriously request that they reconsider this decision. There are so many people in this area that are not happy about it and I think it is a bad move on Best Buy's part. Please Best Buy, stay in Plattsburgh, NY. Remember that as soon as the border is opened, you will also have many of our Canadian friends looking for electronics, appliances, TVs, video games, etc,.

Geek squad went ABOVE and BEYOND on providing outstanding service on my computers I needed cleared and refixed up. They took time and patience on helping me with all my questions I have asked and needing to understand the new updates. Happy with their service and time. Would go back for any questions if needed.

Excellent skills displayed by Geek staff in explaining what needed to be done and then accomplishing that in a few days. My only issue was scheduling a pick up time. The "system" was not flexible and difficult to nail down compounded by the two hour travel time required.

I go to Best Buy because I can obtain the professional advice and service of the Geek Squad. These are wonderful professional people who help us to set up our computers and solve our problems over the years. The fellow who set up my computer was a real gentleman and worked in a fast and professional manner

Geek Squad remains the best thing that Best Buy has going. In recent visits to local Best Buy locations, I found the stores inadequately staffed to handle the crowds. The knowledgeable, professional sales agents appear to be a thing of the past. The only exception is Geek Squad. They are staffed by friendly, knowledgeable professionals. Geek Squad still requires customers to make appointments to drop off and pick up devices. However, I did not encounter the long lines from 3-4-5 years ago. This could easily be a walk in service as it once was.

Was overwhelmed with end user fixes and needed an extra set of hands to help with the work. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and great to work on my overload.

Data transfer went smoothly except for the quicken files. My software was from 2002 and wasn’t compatible with today’s software program. We finally got it working and all is great!!!!

Geek Squad customer service is oustanding! They are very efficient, highly effective and easy to understand! I have will recommend them to anyone looking for IT services to help manage the increasingly complicated world of personal electronic hardware and software systems.
