Awesome assistance by Geek Squad

The work was completed ahead of schedule and I was able to begin using my laptop earlier than expected. Thanks Geek Squad.

Not only was he able to repair the issue with my MacBook, but he was able to offer suggestions for backing up file to an external hard drive which is something I'd been thinking about but hadn't gotten around to doing.

Crashed Computer Fixed

Geek Squad determined the data was on the hard drive and reinstalled the operating system to allow us to continue to use the laptop.
