I'm a fan of Otter Box for their cases, and when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S8+ I ordered my Otter Box Defender case. I was disappointed to see that it no longer came with protection for the front of the phone, forcing me to pay (a lot) more for the added protection of the Alpha Glass. I went into my local Best Buy and was told it would have to be special ordered for me. I wanted to make sure it was installed correctly so I paid for that installation as well. It took a full week to come in at the store and when I went in to pick it up I was told that since they don't stock the case in the store I couldn't have them install it. My money for that was refunded (between my credit card and reward dollars) and was on my own to install it. It seemed very easy to install and it seemed to come out great on my phone...everything lined up perfectly and the case fit around it just right. I had read a bunch of reviews about screen sensitivity issues with the Alpha Glass on it, but I didn't have this issue at all. I was pretty happy with this purchase, however that was short lived. I started getting sensitivity issues around the edges of the screen after a couple of weeks. Then after 2 months the Alpha Glass seemed to have lifted off the phone just enough that when applying slight pressure to get the screen to recognize my finger the Glass broke. I've removed it from my phone now and I plan to contact Otter Box for a refund but they have been closed and I haven't been able to look into this yet. I'm very disappointed with Otter Box and probably won't purchase anything from them again.

For the cost, this screen can easily break while installing Outter-box. Becareful.

I bought this product for my Samsung s8+. It worked for 2 days then it started lifting up off of my phone. I tried switching to a different case but still no luck. I will be taking it back to see if I can exchange it for another one. I'm hoping that this one is just from a bad batch and that the new one is better.

I wouldn't recommend this product. Unfortunately, the one I received in the mail had a crack all the way down it when it was opened. The quality didn't seem as impressive as I thought it would have been for the price.

This cover popped off the first time the phone was used. It's held in place by 4 ultra slim pieces of double stick tape. It is not designed to work with the phone that also has a cover.

I was sold this to go on my Galaxy S8+ as the best screensaver for the phone. after 1 month of fighting to use my phone I took it off and replaced it with a Zagg. Otterbox makes fantastic cases and they need to stick to that and leave the screensaver market alone unless they do a bunch of R&D.

This was exactly as described and was very easy to install. Made me very happy that there were no surprises.

I picked this one even though it was more expensive and as I was applying I realized the glass was broken ...40 dollars and a flimsy case to protect glass....awful

I purchased this for my son for his phone to protect the screen due to the Otterbox Defender Case not having one. My son believes Otterbox makes quality products and it does protect his phone much better now.

This is a very wonderful screen too protect your phone from scratches. Remember, You just pade for a wonderful $900 dollar phone.

Even if you put this screen on perfectly you will not be able to type or use the touch properly on your phone. Basically I wasted my money on this product. Very disappointed in my purchase. It also doesn't fit well with the defender case by otterbox which is the main reason I bought it. I have bought others that are cheaper protect just as well but still allow you to text.

I am using this screen protector with an Otterbox Defender for the Galaxy S8+ and after less than a week of normal use. the phone has not been dropped or exposed to any sharp endges there is a crack on the far left side of it. Installation was simple enough but it doesn't seem to stand up to standard everyday use. i can only imagine how it would hold up if the phone was dropped.

I purchased and installed this Otter Box screen protector along with the Otter Box Defender case and it works fantastic together. It's been on since July 2017 and have not had one problem. Try getting a new screen protector thru warranty because the one you received may be defective. I will say that when I first put the screen protector on I couldn't access the apps edge or select letters (thru texting) that were nearest to the edge. My 17 yr. old son (carefully) removed the screen protector and than reapplied it and I haven't had a problem since. So clearly I must have done something wrong. The clarity is great and so is the touch screen ability. No issues, screen is well protected. Love it.

Glass fits perfectly in Otterbox cases such as my Commuter. The glass isn't too think to prevent sensitive touches either! Would definitely recommend.
