This box otterbox is awesome. One thing i like about it is, not big and bulky like the others otterbox. It fit my phine just right. The second thing is the prices was rite!!! Lastly, it protect the phone very well from damage because my grandbaby was holding it and drop it on the sidewalk. No damage to the phone or to the case. Three thumbs up!!! i would recommend this otterbox to anyone who looking to purchase.

OtterBox case is my go to for all my phones. I am very happy with the brand since it saved my phones no matter home many times I've drop them. It doesn't have a cover on the front side (not all around encased) so don't know how this one will hold up yet. The phone charges fine with using wireless charger since it is one of the reason for upgrading to a new phone. Ease of use with buttons. So far so good.

This case has performed extremely well. I've already dropped my phone unfortunately one or two times since installing this case. It does add slightly to the bulk of the Note 9, but that's what you should expect when protecting your phone with a plastic silicon case. I chose this case over the larger and slimmer designs because it offered more protection than a normal slim silicon case, which I used to have, and didn't add to the bulk of the device. I also did not need the belt clip that the larger design comes with. The Commuter Series is designed in a special way where the silicone wraps the phone first then is encased by a plastic outer. Some of the other Otter Box designs have the encasement vice versa, where I think it causes undue stress on the silicone making it "stretch" at the corners or the ports quicker. So far, this case has been holding up for the two weeks in my possession with frequent access to the charging port. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this case (or this series of cases for any phone you have). The level of protection is top notch and doesn't hinder your daily use or add to the already nonnormal size/bulk of the Note 9.

I just brought my new phone and I needed a case that I could trust with protecting it. I tried several cases in the store, but none of them fit as perfect as the otter box commuter series. It's not too bulky and it feels like part of my phone.

I recently purchased the OtterBOX Samsung Galaxy Note 9 commuter case. I will say that it feels a lot more comfortable, and thinner than I originally thought that it was going to feel. It offers some good protection, as I have accidentally dropped it from a height of about three and a half feet (where my heart nearly stopped out of pure dread). I was pleased to find my phone unharmed. I am currently very pleased with the overall performance of the case, and I already feel that price/protection/value that it offers is a lot better any other case I've owned. As a side note, it is at least $10 cheaper than its "big brother" the Defender case. In short: good aesthetic, good protection, decent price.

I had an otterbox cover on my last phone and it saved the day several times. I got the same for my new phone. I wouldn't leave home without it.

I HATE that Samsung only produced the Note9 in ocean blue and magenta. This case, however, is quite effective at making me forget that I have a blue phone - which is great because I ALMOST did not buy this phone for that very reason. The Otterbox Commuter is, in my opinion, the perfect balance of size and protection. I can put my phone in my pocket comfortably (or as comfortably as the beautiful, huge screen this phone allows) whether I am in jeans, shorts, scrubs, or slacks. Very happy with my purchase.

This another good case from otterbox, they just make good cases. It's not as good as the defender, but still gives protection and looks slightly slimmer than the defender. I think the biggest negative for me is the lack of rubberized areas for grip. Whether laying it down or holding it in your hand, it just doesn't grip as well on the back like the defender. For some this doesn't matter, but if it does, I'd go with the defender

This case is very easy to install, unlike some that I've had. It continues inthe typical reputation in the it fits perfectly. All of the cutouts match. If you install a SD card you do have to remove the case but that makes this case a mouse secure. It is not bulky; I can still carry my phone in my front pocket. I definitely would recommend it to someone that has a Note 9.

This is the best phone case I have ever owned. After multiple phone drops, still no cracked screen nor noticeable damages. The finger tip reader is unobstructed. It is easy to access the charging port, phone aux, and stylus. The case allows for wireless charging too. No complaints.

Case fit my galaxy note 9 perfectly but I switched to different case that has screen protection. I knew there was no glass protection when I bought this so it's my own fault. Case is not bulky, cutouts are perfectly positioned so speakers/stylus are not obstructed.

My wife and I have used Otters for years. Thank goodness I had a Otter when I dropped my new phone for the first time. The Armor Edged protector broke but my phone was fine. Since then I have dropped it numerous times without incident. However, the Armor Edge protector is useless.

Phone fits perfectly and doesn't add too much thickness to phone. Otterbox did a great job of not sacrificing usability for protection; easy access to ports, pen and doesn't significantly interfere with edge functionality. I've already dropped my phone from 10 feet (clumsy) and no damage to my phone.

Case installs quick and easy. Otterbox quality, not bulky as the defender case but adds same great protection and paired with a bestbuy tempered glass screen protector which has a lifetime warranty, you can't go wrong. Works with wireless charging and fits my iottie phone holder in my truck.

I love the otterbox commuter cases. They have great drop protection. I'm just not sure about the corner with the s pen on this one. I love the 2 piece designs and the port covers. It also works great with the older Samsung wireless charging stand that came out with the s8. I just wish they came in more colors and themes/designs.

The Commuter for the Note 9 is a good balance of protection but without the bulk of the Defender. Easy in and out of pockets, corners seem good and protected incase if a drop. All around great case especially since I only paid around $10 with tax!

The case was easy to use on my phone. It fits very well and I like the thickness plus it has attached covers for usb charger and accessory port which are easily accessed. This is my first otter box case but will not be my last!

First otter box that didnt include built in screen protector, dont know why they would design it like that, however when the Alpha glass is $45+ makes sense. Even tho my alpha glass popped right off and shattered. Case is solid minus 1 star for no screen protector.
