This case is really reliable and sturdy. I picked this model because it doesn’t have the bulk that other otter boxes have but still remains durable and protective. Just about the best you can get for the price as well.

I love this case for the protection it offers without the bulk of other cases. The charger port protection is another great feature!

Got a new iPhone and needed a case quick. Went to Best Buy on-line and ordered what appeared to be a solid case with a great price (on sale). Picked it up quickly at my neighborhood Best Buy. No issues and no lines. Got the case home and it fits the new iPhone perfectly. Love the "two-piece" concept of soft, rubbery case surrounded by a hard plastic shell. The hard shell is a bit of a pain to get on, especially where the Lightening port cover is. But once you get it on it works great. Really like the feel (kind of a rough texture on the hard shell) of the whole thing. The rubbery case covers all of the buttons and makes it easy to locate based on feel alone. The case does not add too much additional bulk like the Defender cases from the same manufacturer. Those cases are huge and serve a purpose for people that tend to drop, smash or otherwise abuse their phones. This case stays away from the added bulk and just keeps enough to protect the phone. Still fits in the pocket without issue. I am not crazy as some of the people on social media are, so I am not going to toss the phone and case across the room, but I can tell you it feels substantial and I believe it would protect the phone well. These phones cost WAY too much to just use without a case, and this Commuter case is one of the best!

Has good feel. Easy to put in and pull out of back pocket. Not too bulky, but seems as if will add good protection on a drop.

I've used this Commuter series case before, so a return customer. It is a dual layer protection, and phone has survived drops in the past. Not too bulky. Paired it with an Insignia screen protector. It certainly isn't the lowest cost case out there but is good quality and should last the life of the phone.

Protection without getting too bulky! I love how it feels on the hand, not too bulky on the pocket either. If you want peace of mind, quality protection without bulk, this is it!

This case is awesome, have already dropped my phone half a dozen times and not a scratch on it. Have always lived by Otterbox with every iPhone I have owned. Still have not had to use the insurance on the phone and considered dropping the $15 per month charge as this case does the job. It is bulky, although not as bulky as the defender case I have used in the past, but still offers enough shock resistance to keep the phone safe from impacts.

For the price of the case it’s well made and doesn’t increase bulk too much.

Otter cases can certainly take the abuse. My teenager will only use OtterBox cases because he knows they will hold up over time and protect his phone. The cases are not bulky and they look nice.

It looks good and will give you the protection you need. But for me it is a little bit bulky and heavy. Will return and go for the symmetry series.

Perfect for my husband’s phone. He doesn’t like big bulky cases. This one is the one.

I had this same case on my iPhone 13 mini and it was great! It protected the phone from multiple drops, one of which I thought would’ve damaged the phone for sure but it was fine. So far, I still love it for my 14 pro! It’s not super bulky and the protection is great.
