Absolutely love my new Samsung Note 20 Ultra!! Always have been a big fan of the Samsung Note phones... and this one definitely does not disappoint. Great cameras, very fast response time w/ absolutely no lag whatsoever, bright/clear/large display, so far have no complaints whatsoever... except for wishing they were a bit less expensive... my last phone was the Motorola G Stylus... which I must say was a nice phone with a great camera to boot but frustrating thanks to it constantly lagging, took far too long starting apps, opening my text messages or even when trying to answer calls... could not be happier since upgrading to my new Note 20 Ultra. Very highly recommended!

I purchased this phone to replace my Galaxy S8+, and ask i can say is i should have done it sooner. The camera is phenomenal,and use of my new phone is really easy.

I may quit buying Otter Box cases.. This is the forth one that failed.. The little nubs on the belt clip that snaps into the indentation on the case break off.. Then of course the phone falls out.. You'll think at first you just neglected to snap it in correctly.. Then pretty soon it falls out as soon as you let it go .. Most of us know the case itself is really good protection.. But you can lose your phone and not realize it until it's too late.. You can't warranty your case in store. So you have warranty it by calling the manufacturer.. Meanwhile it's either unprotected or you buy another case. ( Which is what I do) Then you get the other one replaced and you have a spare.. They need to fix this flaw.. I have the Note 20 Ultra.. A $1300 phone needs an unflawed case and holster to keep it safe..

A must buy. Protects the phone 99.9 times. With this you never have to worry when your phone falls.

Dropped phone from waist level onto concrete and hit Otterbox case corner where stylus located. Screen cracked and touch screen stopped working. ZAGG - InvisibleShield® Ultra Clear+ Antimicrobial Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G was also on phone. Screen cracked from impact on case, not on glass contact. Otterbox case failed to protect phone. Otterbox quality is not what it was and I won't purchase again.

Too expensive to break so easily. Also no camera cut to take pictures while still attached to case. You have to take it out of the case before before capturing a moment which may have past due to the extra step. They are good at replacing the broken case but that does nothing for a cracked screen.

It has already broken the plastic part where the charger plugs into is broke i looked online to the otterbox website and they do not have the note 20 up as an option for a warranty.

The Otter Box design of a hard protective frame and an outer shock absorbing shell gives great protection without adding much size. I can still use my Samsung 9 note phone holders with the Otter box case for Samsung Note20 Ultra 5g - Black. The case has a holder that can clip on to your belt. The case has textured grips surfaces and is a mated finish. The phone glass side protected by a top and bottom bumpers and gives you a better hold. I put my case on before leaving the store.

The sale price was incredible, and the case fits the phone perfectly. The camera on the Note 20 Ultra is huge and sticks way out, but this case covers it perfectly, so I can lay the phone down on its back without fear of scratching the camera lenses. Also this case provides a much safer way to grip and hold the phone, as without the case the rounded edges of this phone can be very slippery. So far I've had no problems with this case on the phone.

If you are looking for an extremely protective case and you're not bothered by bulk, the OtterBox Defender Series Pro case is perfect for you. Though the case is quite thick and heavy, the phone is still fully functional within it. It does not have a built-in screen protector (thank goodness), but it is fully compatible with the edge-to-edge glass screen protector I have on my phone.

Freakin excellent. Tired of the classic brick-like loose fitting rubber otterbox that you've settled for because of the protection? Yeah, you probably are. This isn't like that. This is the most well designed otterbox I've owned. It fits sooo nice, has superior protection, and honestly isn't that bulky. Now if you're used to just slapping a skin on your phone, or buying the thinnest case you can find just so you can say your phone has a case and is therefore "protected", it's gonna be a little thick for you. But, this is a $1300 phone, so it's really just your call if you risk that in exchange for less pocket bulk (let's be honest though, you bought a Note, you don't give a crap about pocket bulk).

The only case that I trust with this phone. Thanks to Samsung and the curved screens, there's really no way to have a case cover it. Instead I paired this case with a screen film and a camera lens protector (with open holes of the lens) and so far so good. I'm pretty careful with my phone, but I have dropped it a time or two with no problems (knock on wood). The case also gives a good grip for holding the phone, which is nice. Overall it's a good value.

Have never owned a cell phone that wasn't in an Otterbox Defender and never will. Have never had an issue with the belt clip being less than 100% secure as I've seen on some reviews. Every phone I've owned and traded in for the past decade or more has been in pristine condition (even to the point of having the agents I happen to be working with at the time comment as to their surprise as to how good of shape the phones have been in) because from minute one after purchase they are in an Otterbox.

Ive been using this case for the last 2 years and still looks good and kept my phone safe
