However, there is a little plastic piece that covers the home key that is already starting to peel up- I bought it about two weeks ago. It is also highly inconvenient when I want to charge my phone or (since the charging port is now the headphone port too) listen to music. They understandably keep it covered with a little rubber flap, but it's bulky and difficult to move out of the way. Essentially, it protects, but this comes at a cost.

We actually might recommend switching to our Symmetry case style, which still offers drop protection, just in a more streamlined design. The Symmetry does not have anything over the home button or the charger port area, so you would have full access to these features.
