You can't go wrong with OtterBox. THE GOOD ~ Snug fit ~ Durable ~ Thick enough to offer protection to Cameras ~ Removeable USB-C Charger cover THE BAD ~ No front cover ~ A little bulky THE MEH (Could go either way) ~ No front cover OVERALL I like OtterBox. I've been familiar with them for a long time. They have always been a top name in the cellphone protection business. There are no problems mashing the side buttons on the phone. The case is a bit bulky, but it wouldn't offer much protection if it were paper thin. It covers the back of the phone very well, creating a small indention for the rear cameras. As an amateur photographer, I can see where this may reduce some light (like a minor hood), but it offers protection to the camera glass and doesn't require any glass or plastic to cover the lenses (which would possibly distort photos). It barely comes flush to the front glass, so any drop landing face down will likely have zero protection. I'll have to get Gorilla Glass or something else for the front. All the same, the case is great. THE BIG QUESTION: Would I recommend this to someone else? Absolutely. You can't go wrong with OtterBox.

Otter box cases ate the best. Buying it from best buy is always my number store or online to go to for purchases

My husband loves his case. It gives great protection to his Samsung Galaxy S20+.

It will definitely protect my phone for many years but the edges feel a bit rough. I wish they were softer.

Great case. Has already saved my bacon. Once you've figured it out, it only takes a minute or two to slide the phone in or out of the case. That's a good thing, because apparently the phone (Samsung S20+ ) will not surface charge through the case. The case also includes a clip that can be left on your belt. The phone then just slides in easy as pie.

The Otter box case fits perfect and protects the phone from being dropped. I have dropped the phone and no damage, I am hard on phones and the Otter box saves my phone!

Perfect case. Does not have a screen protector (Imho, it doesn't need it, since the border of the case sticks out past the surface of the screen enough). It doesn't make the phone overly bulky. It still fits in any pocket I've put it in. I've dropped my phone twice (from a high height, I'm 6'6" tall) and not a single scratch, dent or blemish on neither the case nor the phone itself. I've had a case similar to this which stretched out over time, so that remains to be seen, but it shows no sign of stretch yet. When I get a new phone in a few years, I'll be looking for this case for that phone (as long as it doesn't stretch out).

I've purchased and used an OtterBox - Defender Series Pro Case type for each of my smart phones, MOTO Z Turbo, MOTO Z2 Force and now the Galaxy S20+. Always fits well, provides excellent protection even when I'm working in the yard, climbing/trimming trees and brush or when out hiking or biking. The MOTOs fell off my body a time or two and crashed to the ground and this case has always protected them without any damage at all, so it will protect the S20+ as well. It is a big case. But it surrounds the phone. Doesn't fit cleanly into some pockets, but I'm after protection for a $1000+ phone now!! Actually is a tad slimmer for the Samsung.

This is not my first OtterBox, I was using one when i had the S9 and may have dropped the phone 1 or twice and there was no damage and so when i preordered the Galaxy S20+ i and when i looked for another otterbox, bestbuy did not have them in yet so i opted for a lower priced otterbox and when i did receive the phone and attached the lower priced otterbox, just did not feel right or sturdy enough and in time BestBuy did have the more expensive otterbox, i bought that one and BestBuy was kind enough to return the money on the lower priced otterbox.

The case fits perfect. I have dropped it several times and have had no issues. I absolutely love the protection that this case offers.

The case is actually one of my favorite ones made by otter box. Sturdy and I love the rubberized grip. The case doesn't let it slip so easily out of my hands and it's not bulky at all. Comes with a belt clip. I don't really use that but the phone case itself is great. So if your looking for a case with a good grip, quality protection, sleek and not bulky look no more.

Otterbox provides great quality, fit, durability and protection for your device. I've tried other cases but always go back. I do miss the built in screen protector but no longer compatible with the new phones/finger print sensor.

Originally bought a clear bumper case from Walmart, and found it to be useless. The case gapped on both sides, making it easy for the case to slip off the phone. Because the case did not fit properly, it was difficult to press the volume and on/off buttons. Wasted over $20. Purchased the OtterBox Defender Series case from BestBuy originally priced $60 on sale at the time for $37. Fits the phone perfectly. A little difficult to get the case on the phone, but once on the phone will never slip out. The side molding fits over the volume and on/off buttons the correct way, making it easy to press the buttons. The case is rugged and I don't worry about it slipping out of my hand. It has a cover over the charging input to protect from dust and debris getting in. The case comes with a belt clip that securely holds the case. This case is solid and I know will protect my new phone for years to come. GREAT BUY.

Wonderful case that is easy to grip. The bonus feature of anti-microbial is a great addition! I buy this and only this case for all of my phones and family's phones too.

Otterbox got it right with the Defender Pro for the S20+. I was reluctant to even give it an initial consideration, based on the bulky hard plastic impressions of the previous Defender series. This one is just right. Not too bulky, but plenty of bumper and corner protection along with a nicely textured rubber feel. Where my previous Samsung S-View case left me feeling nervous, the Defender case had me instantly feeling confident. I've already dropped it a few times on my hard concrete floors and didn't even flinch.

Got this as replacement, my original fell apart due to my constant abuse of the phone. Works as described, and protected my phone from damage.

I had a mophie case on my last phone, yes having the extra battery charge was great, but offered zero protection for the phone, fell from less than a foot off the ground, case split and ejected the phone cracking the screen. Called manufacturer and they said it is not meant to protect the phone. Learned my lesson and went back to the OtterBox. Always been great, very protective, with guarantee. Case texture gives a nice 'grippy' feel and comes with e belt clip, in use in my athletic bag. OtterBox - always a go-to brand to safeguard cell phones and tablets.
