Doesn’t last as long as other cases. Already on my second one. And with this one the sides are coming off. But does protect my phone when I’ve dropped it.

I have not played with all the features as of yet. But was disappointed in the color blue. It was not the color I expected--it appears to be a white=ish gray.

Bad product

I purchased a cellphone case at the Anchorage, Alaska Branch. My mistakes was not opening the box until I got home which is 3 hours drive. When opened the box found out that its probably a returned and was just put back in the shelves. Of course called customer service and the agent said there is no way they can credit me or send a label due to store policy that you have to returned it to the location. Explained my situation that I’m I am 178 miles away from bestbuy and he said sorry but I cannot do anything and I only have till May 11th to return. I am not going back anytime soon. Trying to call the Anchorage Branch but customer service there, just pick up the phone and hang up. Been a member and card holder for a long time and was so disappointed, very very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor camera protection

This case does not protect the camera's as well as other Otterbox cases. Had to replace twice due to cracked cameras and back of phone within 3 months. Would not recommend this case. The rectangular piece on back constantly falls off too.
