Is there a chance you received the incorrect case for your phone?
As far as wireless charging goes, we've thoroughly tested and confirmed that this case will work great with any of our MagSafe and Qi wireless chargers, but since we don't perform any third party testing, we're unable to guarantee the compatibility between our case and another company's charger. I rely on my phone for both work (in office and field environments) and personal use, and I no longer worry about potential damage. Although the design is slimmer and lighter than previous Otterbox cases, the materials might feel slightly less premium. However, this case has exceeded my expectations! I’ve put my phone through various challenges, including being sucked into machinery, buried under tons of dirt, and dropped from various heights, and it has come out unscathed every time, thanks to Otterbox. This product is yet another testament to their quality. One thing to note is that the case’s 100% sealed design can slightly muffle audio device notifications. Overall, if you need top-notch protection for your phone, this Otterbox case is a fantastic choice.
