We specifically designed this case to work congruently with the unique features of your device. so this is a bit unexpected. Are you using an additional screen protector under the one built into the case? Due to the way we precision manufacture, we don't recommend using any screen protectors with this case as it could affect its protective and performance qualities. Otherwise, we recommend deleting the Face ID information saved in your device settings and then setting it back up with the case situated on your phone. We find that this usually does the trick. Posted .Oh no! We're so sorry if you've ben having some trouble with the Frē Series case for your iPhone 14 Pro. We specifically designed this case to be seamlessly compatible with the unique features of your device, so these sound quality issues are definitely unexpected. Please try re-seating the phone as that usually does the trick. Take the phone out and blow into the microphone ports to clear out any built up dust. When you put the front half of the case on, put the bottom in first, and then push the top in. This will ensure it is aligned properly before you snap on the back. If this doesn't solve things, please give our friendly Otters a ring at 1-855-688-7269 and they'd be happy to troubleshoot things further.

Posted .Hi there! We apologize for any discouragement you may have experienced with the Frē Series case for your iPhone 14 Pro. If you're having some audio issues there, we have an easy fix for that. Try reseating it. When you take the phone out, blow hard into the microphone for 3-5 seconds to clear any dust or debris. When you put the case back on, put the bottom in first. Then push the top in. This will make sure it's aligned properly. See if this helps at all. Posted .What's going on with those side control button covers of the OtterBox Frē Series that they don't seem to be allowing full functionality of your iPhone? We've certainly heard of things being a bit stiff at the start, but that generally eases up pretty quickly, and it shouldn't prevent the user from actually pressing the buttons.

Extra Protection for a new (and expensive) Device.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having using my old iPhone6s for about 8 years, and going through 2 Otterbox Fres in that time, one of the first thing I did after getting a new iPhone 14 Pro was to buy another Fre case for it. Though the new phones have much protection built-in (water resistant, etc) I just wanted the extra protection these classes provide: Sometimes I'm in snow, or get wet, maybe working in dusty or dirty areas. Just a very good extra layer.

The only drawback was mentioned previously: no one can really hear you when you talk on this phone with the case on. You have to use a headset.

My phone ended up lying in the street for a good 30 minutes while I frantically searched for it. Unfortunately, the case is no longer usable, but my phone survived without a single scratch! As a long-time Otterbox customer, it’s reassuring to see that, even though their products may be a bit pricier than others, they deliver on their promise. This is a truly great product!

I put the case on, made sure it is all tightly closed on all sides few times. Then we went into the water and it had water in within two minutes. I dried the phone and the case, and again closed very tightly. Same outcome. Even after the phone dried the inside after many hours, charging the phone has remained a problem. Now anxiously awaiting to see if it will “heal”…or if I have to buy a new phone. The rub also is that at $99, it is an expensive case.

There is a massive bubble of a screen protector that you have to power through in order to touch anything. The front face camera now has very poor quality although the rear face camera is great. This case is worth much less realistically. If you could functionally use tthe phone for everything you bought it for and still use this case it might be worth it.

Posted .So sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with the Frē Series case for your iPhone 14 Pro Max. We get how that can be a bit discouraging. However, it sounds like you might have some air trapped inside your case. First open the charging port door on the bottom of the case, then lay your device facedown on your chest or thigh. From there, gently press the palm of your hand into the back of the case to release any built up air. This should fix things right up for you. As far as pricing goes, we think the cost of the unit is well worth the high-caliber protection, outstanding customer service, and limited lifetime warranty that all come along with the product. This has been the only case good enough to keep it dry and safe from drops. Very much recommend to anyone in a construction type setting or if you’re just hard on phones. :)
