Poor product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe our hopes were too high. But this case was a real disappointment. The plugs on the case make calls echo which is really annoying. So we took them out negating its water proof rating. The cover over the receiver also makes listening to people talk sound very poor. But this fixed itself as the mesh screen fell off on its own. Also, because of the screen protector that's fixed to he case. The phone can no longer sense when its close to or away from your head. We now have to hit the center button to making the screen come back on. While we are using the phone. Last but not least. We seem to be having reception problems now that the case is on. Not sure if the case is impeding the phones antenna or not. Its just not having as strong of a signal is the phone once did.

The built-in screen protector is good, no rainbow effect. But there are a couple of negatives: The volume and power buttons are hard to push. The foil grills for the speakers/microphone are an epic fail. The foil is flimsy and starts to sag, causing noise distortion.

ouiier box hard to use

Hard for others to hear you

Thought Otterbox was supposed to be the best

It has already started falling apart. The screens that cover each hole have fallen off. The plastic that covers the headphone plug has also fallen off. Glad it was on clearance when I bought this because it would not be worth it to pay full price.
