Love the Case, but....

However, the rubber on the outside gets discolored soo easily! This is my second otterbox for my iPhone 6 and the rubber has quickly become discolored and it's not reversible.

We’re sorry to see that you’re having somewhat of a cosmetic casualty with your OtterBox Defender. Several factors can contribute to the discoloring of the synthetic rubber slip cover. Depending on what is going on, a replacement of the same color may or may not resolve the issue. As you are having a recurring issue with the pink, we might suggest that we try a different color and see if we can get you past this issue. Its been dropped twice from 4' onto tile floor with no visable issues. My only issue is it seams like the cover over the home button isnt transparent enough, but i dont use the thumb scanner.

For Otterbox products, not so much. I purchased this case for my wife from Best Buy, even after reading reviews about the screen protector not sitting flush on the actual device. I had purchased the same case (different color) directly from Otterbox and did not experience that issue. So I bought a pink one from Otterbox for my wife and we no longer have that issue with the screen not making contact. Also the finger reader works 99% of the time with the case from Otterbox. Buttons are still hard to press but the are responsive. The case protects very well and is one of the best cases you can get for your phone. I would recommend buying this case...from Otterbox.
