The only thing I don't like is the case already looks scratched on the back. It should hold up better. Other than that, it is a great case!

If you’re having trouble charging your iPhone, then you are most certainly not experiencing the OtterBox Resurgence as it was intended! No charge = no fun! The first thing that comes to mind is to check and make sure that you are using the cable that came packaged with the case, as there can be some variations with third-party chargers that will inhibit the function. Doesn't live up to packaging hype

DON'T BUY, ONLY WORKS WITH SUPPLIED USB

You can only charge this device (along with phone), with enclosed micro usb cable. I have chargers everywhere for convenience and this unit will lock up or toggle on/off constantly unless connected to the wall charger where their dedicated micro usb....ridiculous!!!!

I would say maybe. I am only selecting yes because I love the extra battery life this case provides, however there are some major quirks with the extension required to use earbuds. I am a commuter and rely on my phone for listening to music while commuting to and from work and as well as when at the gym. Unfortunately, there is something about this case and the extension needed to plug in my earbuds that does not play well together. Music will turn on randomly before I select a play list, Voice Control will pop up even though I have turned off the option in settings. Once Voice Control pops up it is very hard to make it stop.. my phone will toggle back and forth between Voice Control and random songs and when it plays a song, it will turn on and off randomly and mess with the speed of the song (speed up/slow down). Most times I get so frustrated that I take my phone out of the case to listen to music. You don’t expect these strange issues when you pay so much for a case.
