I've already dropped my phone with the case in it and there was no damage to either the phone or case. The only problem is that it is still a bit expensive and still a little slippery in the hands.

I've dropped my phone on concrete a few times with a few case dings, but no phone damage which is the goal. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because I was expecting a rubber layer between the phone and the hard plastic case like a previous version of the symmetry series case, but it seems to be doing the job and otterbox hasn't failed me yet.

Poor design for cutouts for power & volume!!

Bought this new one and it sucks - the cutout for the phone's power button is off by more than 1/8" so that when I turn my phone off, the Otterbox case just turns it right back on!! Very dissatisfied am returning tomorrow.

Keep in mind, this case is designed for the Galaxy S20+, so it won't be compatible with any of the other Galaxy S20 devices. If you are using one of those other models, that may be leading to this issue.
