A case is a case unless the case is made to attach a variety of accessories to the phone. The case is solid enough as far as cases go, however the mid bottom section is wide open (the corners are covered) to facilitate add on components. A little slide plate removes and you can slide in a battery pack or vent mount or even a thermal imaging camera. I have only used the vent mount (in another review) which worked well. As far as durability goes I am not sure how many times something can be slid into place before the locking node wears down. I think it is a nice case and a novel concept, but its practicality will be determined by how many accessories one is willing to purchase and use.

The "mods" for this are EXTREMELY useful. Between the wallet and battery pack I was able to go on vacation without carrying around my purse and stopping to charge my phone. The case protects your phone like most Otterbox products also. I would strongly recommend!

I bought this case because I wanted a case with an extra battery but the ability to swap in new hardware such as additional storage space, camera features and a card reader have really sold me on this case. Very happy with my purchase!

This case was very functional, not just because of its versatility as a product family but also because I'm able to use the case with other non-related attachments. I think this is what truly makes this product versatile.

I have been watching this case for a while waiting on BestBuy to carry it. I saw it in store and snatched it up. I is a well made case and the ability to mix and match equipment to fit your needs is awesome.

Had this case for my 6s and didn't think twice about getting it for the 7 plus. Buttons are kinda stiff but overall a great case. And it did slip out of my pocket once and phone was not damaged at all
