    So I realized later that the Oura Ring 3 is sized differently from the Oura Ring 4. This makes getting this kit necessary for anyone that is thinking of upgrading from a 3 to a 4. Completely different fit.

    This is a must to get the right fit. It get a gift card to offset the cost. Redeems easily. My wife had to wear the two sizes for a few hours to figure out the right one. Highly recommended

    Resembles the actual Oura Gen 4 ring very closely. The sizing kit size 9 fit my finger the best and the Stealth ring I purchased fit exactly the same.
