I love my oura ring, tracks everything effectively and soothes my health anxiety. i’ve had it for almost a year now and I do not regret spending the money whatsoever and will definitely upgrade when there’s a new one.

Best money I have spent in a long time! I am working on getting healthy so this seemed like the next logical step. Fitbits & Garmin trackers never seemed to give me the info I really needed. The Oura was a game changer for me! The little ring covers the biggest variety for vitals in the market. Add to it the Advisor; provides volumes of suggestions and helps you mold your lifestyle to meet your health goals. My body is definitely getting healthier due to the information this little ring provides. Buy one for yourself; you won't be sorry!

The sleep tracking is incredible and so helpful. The battery life is not what they advertise, but it’s ok.

I’m enjoying the ring but sizing is definitely weird. You have to size up and since there are no half sizes it can be a little tricky. I’m liking the ring so far but ultimately it doesn’t really do anything that I couldn’t do with other apps or devices that don’t have a membership attached or a hefty price tag.

Love this ring! Wanted it for a while and finally got it and it hasn’t disappointed yet. It’s still in the learning phase but has been interesting from what I’ve seen so far. Stays charged for days which is very nice for a busy person.

I’m finding my Oura ring helpful in improving my sleep. I’m at the age where I really need to get enough and the right type of sleep. I monitor my sleep with the Oura ring and am learning a tremendous amount about improving my sleep and heart health. It’s also a great tool for becoming more aware of your daily activities to keep you active. I like that it also indicates when you’ve done too much and your need to relax and restore. Can’t tell you how much I love this ring. I don’t even know I have it on it’s so comfortable and I’m feeling confidant doing about anything with it on. It’s solidly made and I feel that its reliability in both its operation and durability.
