I’ve been using my oura ring for only 2 weeks (still learning and adjusting) but it’s awesome. Love that it doesn’t need to be charged that often. It does scratch very easily. Bought first size 8 since the sizing kit in store somehow fitted better, however after a few mi utes of wearing it my finger started feeling hot, so I had to size up.

The Oura ring is beautiful. I was worried it would look bulky on my hand but it’s perfect! Recommend sizing up, will need to return my current ring. It’s true to size, but will need to size up due occasional finger swelling especially at night. The app is very user friendly, and seems incredibly accurate!

Honestly, I love this ring so much. It has taught me so much about my stress levels and my activity levels. It makes me not even reach from my Apple Watch anymore.

I’ve waited the 60+ days to get all the features that come along with the Oura ring. I have loved all the cycle features being 5 months postpartum they help me naturally track. The sleep feature is great, yet again having a 5 month old it’s always interesting to see the sleep stretches we get at night! I did have to exchange my first ring with a new size and it was easy and fast! Overall very satisfied with my purchase!

Overall I love the ring. It keeps track of your heart rate, your sleeping, cardiovascular age and your overall readiness for the day. If you want you can keep track of workouts and even diet. It does cost 5.99 a month to keep track of this all but I think it’s worth every penny. Are you on the verge or do you have sleep apnea? This will definitely help and tell you what it sees when you are sleeping. Lastly the battery life on it is amazing, for me it has lasted about 7-10 days no charge and it probably could have lasted longer I just like my things to be charged.

Serves its purpose. I love that it tracks precisely my daily steps, heart rate and especially my sleeping patterns. Excellent tool for all these and more. Worthwhile purchase.

This ring is so cool. It tracks my heart rate, body temp, sleep, activity, cycle and more. I have a 5 month old so the nights have been a blur, this ring is so helpful for me to know when I woke up with her and how much sleep we got. It entices me to get more exercise and it looks pretty on my finger too!!

Oura Ring 4 offers excellent sleep tracking features, along with actionable recommendations for improvement. Its long battery life is a major plus—I don’t need to charge it daily, which makes it convenient for overnight tracking. The activity tracking features are alright.

Great ring. An excellent way to keep track of sleep and daily activities. Long lasting battery (about 3 days.) Charger is included. Lightweight ring is easy to get used to wearing daily. I got the rose gold, the color is not very pronounced, looks gold at different angles.

Works as expected, nice addition and switch up from my Apple Watch. Have had it for a month so it’s still “learning” my habits to unlock insights. I am able to move it between both pointer fingers and my middle finger depending on what I am hearing/how I am feeling.

I love this ring… I have been monitoring all of my settings and it has drastically improved my sleep and energy just for the 3 weeks I have been using it. Great for activity and exercise goals. I highly recommend getting this ring that is beautiful but also monitors and improves your life!

Officially obsessed with my Oura Ring. Sized up to a 7 for my index finger and it fits just right. The data is scary accurate. I love tracking everything.

I switched over from a bulky smartwatch to the Oura Ring 4, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. It’s incredibly comfortable—easy to wear throughout the day and, crucially, at night for sleep tracking without any discomfort. While it’s not ideal for lifting weights or certain high-impact activities, it’s simple enough to remove before a workout. The ring’s battery life is excellent, and the companion app provides detailed insights that have really helped me monitor my health and wellness. My one complaint is the subscription fee required to unlock full functionality in the app. As much as I appreciate the excellent quality and data Oura provides, I wish the ongoing cost wasn’t part of the package. Still, if you’re looking for a discreet, reliable wearable for daily and nightly tracking, this is one of the best options out there.

I really like this ring so far. It’s super lightweight and comfortable, I barely notice I’m wearing it. The tracking is actually really helpful, especially for sleep and overall health, and the app is easy to understand. It gives me a better idea of what’s going on with my body day to day. Definitely worth it if you’re trying to be more mindful of your health.

I absolutely love my ours ring! I will say, the battery does not last me 8 days though. I probably get 5-6 days. I got the brushed silver, but it does still show scratches. Other than that, it is very accurate and comfortable! This is my first ring and I feel like it is more accurate that my Apple Watch as far as activity is concerned. I recommend.
