Amazing product, Tracks all of my vitals and I have really bad health anxiety and everything is accurate

I tried out the Oura ring for about a week. Seems to work well and track as our should. However, it's not comfortable. First, I used the in store fitting - it's not accurate. The ring was a bit too small but wearable. After a few days I noticed my finger turning white. The ring is also so thick that it constantly put pressure on the other fingers. I started to get bruising. Hopefully they'll fix this in the future, but I returned mine.

I have an Apple Watch and didn’t think this would have anything different to track, but I was wrong. I never wore my watch to sleep due to notifications, for that alone the rings is great. BUT…it goes farther, it learns you and your patterns. It tracks your vitals across so many metrics, even your temperature. Tells you how best to do yoir day and activity. It knows yoire getting sick before you do…magic! If yoire curious abput getting this ring, you won’t be disappointed. I’m sure there will be something and then some that you get from it.

This ring is a total game changer for tracking your sleep habits. I always liked getting my sleep updates from my Apple Watch but I never liked wearing it in bed. This thing is checks those boxes. A couple things…if you’ve done 3 minutes of reviewing the Oura Ring, you know that it comes with a monthly subscription. It stinks and we all wish the company would get rid of that. Luckily it’s HSA/FSA eligible so it helps soften the sting. Secondly, the lights in the ring are very visible at night so if you get distracted by little flashing lights at night, you may want to really consider staying away. Personally, I don’t think it’s enough to deter anyone from buying the ring but to each their own! Would buy this product again!

This concept is groundbreaking and helpful for people with and without chronic diseases. It can help you see when your body is under increased stress or chronically under stress so you can make modifications to your lifestyle. My only complaint is how easily the ring scratches.

I switched over from a bulky smartwatch to the Oura Ring 4, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. It’s incredibly comfortable—easy to wear throughout the day and, crucially, at night for sleep tracking without any discomfort. While it’s not ideal for lifting weights or certain high-impact activities, it’s simple enough to remove before a workout. The ring’s battery life is excellent, and the companion app provides detailed insights that have really helped me monitor my health and wellness. My one complaint is the subscription fee required to unlock full functionality in the app. As much as I appreciate the excellent quality and data Oura provides, I wish the ongoing cost wasn’t part of the package. Still, if you’re looking for a discreet, reliable wearable for daily and nightly tracking, this is one of the best options out there.

I didn’t think I would like the Oura 4, it ended up me Loving It. It detected my abnormal heartbeat which I was diagnosed with last month. My Sleep score started at 45, so I changed my bedtime routine now I’m at 65. Not the best but better. I like the reminder to get off my butt when sitting too long. I hate wearing rings, but the Oura was very comfortable, Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this product. Got it to connect with Natural Cycles and to help track my sleep. Would definitely recommend if you want to learn more about your body and to keep track of your cycles hormone free. Only have to charge about every 2-3 days.

I absolutely love my ours ring! I will say, the battery does not last me 8 days though. I probably get 5-6 days. I got the brushed silver, but it does still show scratches. Other than that, it is very accurate and comfortable! This is my first ring and I feel like it is more accurate that my Apple Watch as far as activity is concerned. I recommend.

I like how lightweight the ring is and how comfortable it sits on your finger. You almost forget it's on. Comfortable to sleep with and wear all day. the app is well made and easy to understand. After wearing your watch for 30 days. It builds a rapport on your sleeping schedule your heart rate while asleep , still and while you moving. It keeps you alert. Changes being made. And overall I can say i understand now why I need to sleep earlier and stay active.

I upgraded from my Gen 3 I had for two years. This band is more comfortable and thinner. I’m not sure if it’s because I am now wearing it on the intended finger or because the ring is smarter but it senses even more accurately than the Gen 3. Oura does it best.

I have been wanting one of these for years and I finally said enough is enough I am getting one! I have not been disappointed! It has been very helpful on my health journey! After looking into the different metal finishes I went with the brushed metal because I do a lot of rough work with my hands. It has held up well (I do put a silicone guard on it when I know I am going to be doing something extra rough). It was easy to set up and has been easy to use and maintain. I would highly recommend it along with the best buy-geek squad services.

My first month with the oura ring has been good thus far. An important thing to note is that they do not advertise that in order to access your ring’s data you will have to sign up with their monthly subscription. The data tracking insights are impressive and overall for me personally I think the investment is worth it for the stress and sleep tracking capabilities.

Went from a gen 3 to this new gen 4. AMAZING DIFFERENCE! Easy purchase through Best Buy. New 4 is light weight and more streamlined than older model gen3. Also the data from the new 4 seems to be more precise. Happy customer here!!!!

I love it, it has been very useful. I have a health condition that I recently discovered and this ring has helped me control my values, especially knowing what causes me stress and how my body behaves in general during the day and night. I love it, the only thing is that I don't like to have accessories, especially for sleeping, but the benefit is so great that it's worth it.

I’ve this ring! Predicts illness before it happens and lets me know to take it easy. Also lets me know what kind of sleep I am lacking: deep, REM, etc. Gages the best time for me to go to bed.

Love my Oura ring! Helps me balance out my stress, physical activity, and sleep. Also the Battery life lasts at least 7 days and charges within an hour!

I love my Oura ring, my only complaint is that since I got the gold color, it scratches so easily, I work in healthcare so I’m constantly using my hands and my ring is scratched up. I still love it and it’s not really noticeable to others.

This is my third ring. They are very reliable and long lasting. They have helped me focus in on sleep, HRV and regular movement. I also tried a glucose tracker with it and would recommend that for a week or two just to see how foods affect you
