I really love the ring it makes it easier to know what’s going on with myself.

Great product! Has helped me shape my behaviors for a good night sleep. Ring fits nicely on your finger, highly recommend for those looking to track heart rate, sleep patterns and learn more about how our bodies work.

Love it! The app is so well designed and I love all the stats it gives. Also love that it’s not dinging me with text message notifications all day.

I am using oura more than a 3 months. Pretty much better than other health tracking stuff. Very comfortable and app is user friendly.

So far I have enjoyed my Oura it tracks my sleep and my day to day activity really need enjoying it so far I purchase about 1 or 2 weeks ago

As a person who can’t wear smart-watch due to synovitis, I like the tracking power of the ring, but it got scratched easily.

These run small so it's wise to invest in the sizing card because it doesn't fit the way my wedding ring does. I wear a size 7 for my wedding ring but I require a size 8 for the Oura ring.

I love this ring, I have struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember and seeing it track my sleep I was able to show my doctors my sleep pattern! I highly recommended !!!

If you’re thinking about this, just do it. It’s worth the money plus more. The battery lasts longer than I thought it would and it’s stylish.

It has been what I hoped for. I’m still learning how to read the results and what they mean. My ring is comfortable enough and the sensors are consistent in gathering data.

I absolutely love the Oura ring. It’s such a helpful tool. I Can track my temperature with the natural cycles app along with bettering my sleep by monitoring my habits. Tracks your steps, battery lasts a long time!

I got this to replace my apple watch. I prefer it much more because it automatically tracks sleep, workouts etc without having to go into an app to begin recording.

The Oura ring is a great way to monitor my health. I am able to know how much sleep I’ve gotten the night before and compare over a period of time. Happy I made the purchase.

It works good. You have to pay for subscription though, so Apple watch might be a better option.

Totally obsessed! I got it to help me during postpartum to track my temperature since my baby doesn’t allow me to sleep enough to take my temp with a thermometer and it has not disappointed. It’s also awesome seeing the sleep factors. I can’t recommend this enough. ESPECIALLY for new moms who don’t want to take birth control but want to track. Or even women who want to track because they are trying to have a baby. It’s the best

I really like the Oura ring. It takes awhile to understand all of the data you’re receiving but it’s really insightful. I’m excited to learn more about my health / improve my health via the ring and associated apps. I’ve only worn the ring for 2-3 wks and I already have a scuff on the ring using the silver layer beneath. I wish that gold lining was more durable for an everyday wear ring.
