Frequently drops connection during file transfers!

Would frequently drop the connection in the middle of large file transfers. Yes, I tried different cables, hard drives, and ports. Sometimes it would be fine, other times it would fail in the middle of a transfer and prompt a "disk ejected" warning from MacOS. (Mac Studio M4 Max)
The dual drive slots and USB-C connection appealed to me, so I foolishly ignored the warnings from other reviewers online about this issue with the unit. Usually, OWC makes great stuff, and I have bought lots from them over the years, so I figured I'd probably be okay. I was wrong. Anyway, I cannot recommend this unit due to risk of data corruption from loss of connection during file transfers.
