This was bought to replace an older one. Turntable is great. I'm learning about the Sensor Cook settings but so far they work fine! The inside light is a bit dim, so it's hard to see your food as it cooks. The keypad lights are a dimmer blue. Can't see them unless pretty close to the microwave, so if you use your microwave as a clock, you might not like the blue lights. Microwave seems to cook things a bit faster than my old one, but it's not hard to adjust to it. Overall it's been a good buy for the money spent.

Purchased online. Great price. Was able to receive this next day with free shipping. Very spacious inside and easy to operate and clean. Just need to adjust to this more powerful unit than I am use to.

As others have noted, this is not the quietest of microwaves although I have certainly owned and used others which were noticeably louder. It has a very sleek and modern design which I love and as we get more used to the controls is very easy to use. It does it's job with ease and efficiency, and the automated functions appear to work well, especially the popcorn function (provided you pick the correct size). The only real complaint that I have is the turntable sits rather high off the floor of the interior compared to other microwaves that I have seen or used which does seem to waste some of the available height available for use.

This purchase was to replace a smaller Panasonic with a larger one. I have had several different brands of microwave ovens and have found Panasonic to be the most reliable and easiest to use.

So far, so good. Like others have said, the blue numbers on the display are hard to read and the interior of the oven is a little dark. Has functioned well, which it should.

works fine, everything you'd expect with a very high powered microwave - but - I have to wear reading glasses to see any of the writing to figure out which code I want - larger print and simplicity would be nice

We're enjoying the Panasonic microwave oven. It fits our counter space nicely, has adequate power and a variety of settings, suits our needs well.

We finally found a Microwave that we can keep the interior clean. Good size, quality coated interior and performs extremely well.

We love our new microwave, although it is much BIGGER than we expected. It works very well, is quiet, heats/cooks food evenly and has a quiet beep (much nicer than our last microwave).

I purchased 2 of these Panasonic microwaves as housewarming gifts. Except for the interior lighting which is dimmer than most due to the gray cobalt coating, both families love the appliance. Features I liked: 1. Curved interior -- easier to clean than corners meeting at 90 degree angles. 2. Food heats evenly. 3. The door opens easily with one press of the button. 4. The new technology is great for cooking at lower powers. 5. The appliance as a lower profile -- hence fits under the cabinets. Our cookware fits nicely into the microwave. Before purchasing, one may want to check whether or not the height of your cookware will fit.

I really like this microwave, the controls are very intuitive and it’s the right size you can put just about anything in it. I read a lot of reviews that said that the defrosting is very good, but I did try to defrost some chicken breast and it cooked the edges like every other microwave I’ve ever had, so don’t buy it for that.

Easy to use and simple to set up. We love it and have had no problems with it. Would definitely buy another one.

This microwave is powerful and offers a range of options, from heating to thawing to reheating. It is spacious, and the operations pad is easy to use. The handle is also great!

Works well, easy to use. Needs a light on the control panel so it’s would be easier to see the options. Would be nice to have the beep ring several times after an operation is complete. I like the large size, and cooks well. The defrost and popcorn presets work well.

I looked at the reviews and weighed the good with the bad and opted to purchase it. I have had this microwave for about 1.5 months now and use it on a daily basis and so far i have not had some of the issues that people are saying they have. I had an old Kenmore that served well for many years at 1000W. This one is more powerful and i feel that it does cook faster and more evenly. So far so good and i am very happy with this purchase. Will have to do another review at 6 months or more.

I bought this as a replacement for a 3 year old Panasonic Inverter Prestige that quit working because the door was no longer locking properly. This was supposed to be a newer and better model compared to the one that broke down. The microwaved worked great for a week with speedy and even heating. Unfortunately it flat out quit working after a week. The darn thing just wouldn't microwave a thing. Luckily it was within the return period so I was able to exchange it for another unit. The current one is working great. I did purchase the extended warrantee under Best Buy just in case though...

Installed only a month , but its very nice, strong performance and lots of space inside more than our previous unit. we are so far happy with it

Very quiet and heats meals quickly and thoroughly. Hands down the best Microwave we have ever owned. Great value for the money.

The microwave is easy to use and looks beautiful. The size is just right for our space advice the counter. It is easy to clean. I am happy with our purchase.

I had the older version of this microwave and it went out after daily use from a family of 6 and being 5 or more years old. I honestly can’t remember when the last one was purchased. This one is a slightly newer we model but with the same features and functions just a little difference in appearance. This is a great great microwave. Love the turbo defrost features and the reheat options. So many great features and opinions on this and a great size. I have even cooked a whole chicken in a stoneware dish and it came out perfectly juicy and even browned on top. Great purchase!
