I got this Panasonic microwave to replace an LG whose door latch got broken. I would have bought the LG again except that I didn't like the user interface for entering cook times. It was clunky. This Panasonic has been working quite well and seems well made. There are a few nits to pick, though. 1. The stainless is not fingerprint resistant. There isn't a lot of SS exposed, so it's not a big deal. 2. (and this is getting really picky) It has a button to add a "quick 30 seconds", but you have to hit "Start" after hitting the "quick 30 seconds" button. Other microwaves I've had start immediately without needed to press a second button. 3. The choice of blue light for the display is not great. The blue light diffuses and it's hard to read the display from several feet away. Those are all minor and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this oven again and I have already recommended it to a friend.

We bought this to replace a ge smart microwave we had bought leas than a year before(which was an absolute disaster, but thats a story for a different day) After about a month of use now, I can say this microwave is excellent. It cooks perfectly, has a wide array of features, and looks nice to boot. Food is always exactly as its supposed to be, the reheat sensor function does wonders for eliminating the guessing of times on leftovers, and all in all, its just a solid device. My only concern is that its a super light microwave for its size, which makes me a bit worried about longevity.

I really like this microwave, the controls are very intuitive and it’s the right size you can put just about anything in it. I read a lot of reviews that said that the defrosting is very good, but I did try to defrost some chicken breast and it cooked the edges like every other microwave I’ve ever had, so don’t buy it for that.

As others have noted, this is not the quietest of microwaves although I have certainly owned and used others which were noticeably louder. It has a very sleek and modern design which I love and as we get more used to the controls is very easy to use. It does it's job with ease and efficiency, and the automated functions appear to work well, especially the popcorn function (provided you pick the correct size). The only real complaint that I have is the turntable sits rather high off the floor of the interior compared to other microwaves that I have seen or used which does seem to waste some of the available height available for use.

Purchased online. Great price. Was able to receive this next day with free shipping. Very spacious inside and easy to operate and clean. Just need to adjust to this more powerful unit than I am use to.

The previous microwave was Panasonic Inverter and had all the features needed for our household. Before entering the Best Buy, I told my husband we were to look for a black or stainless steel Panasonic microwave with the same features of the one we had at home...Plus they are rated highly by Consumer Reports. This was bought to replace an older one. Turntable is great. I'm learning about the Sensor Cook settings but so far they work fine! The inside light is a bit dim, so it's hard to see your food as it cooks. The keypad lights are a dimmer blue. Can't see them unless pretty close to the microwave, so if you use your microwave as a clock, you might not like the blue lights. Microwave seems to cook things a bit faster than my old one, but it's not hard to adjust to it. Overall it's been a good buy for the money spent.

This purchase was to replace a smaller Panasonic with a larger one. I have had several different brands of microwave ovens and have found Panasonic to be the most reliable and easiest to use.

So far, so good. Like others have said, the blue numbers on the display are hard to read and the interior of the oven is a little dark. Has functioned well, which it should.

We're enjoying the Panasonic microwave oven. It fits our counter space nicely, has adequate power and a variety of settings, suits our needs well.

works fine, everything you'd expect with a very high powered microwave - but - I have to wear reading glasses to see any of the writing to figure out which code I want - larger print and simplicity would be nice

Works well, easy to use. Needs a light on the control panel so it’s would be easier to see the options. Would be nice to have the beep ring several times after an operation is complete. I like the large size, and cooks well. The defrost and popcorn presets work well.

We love our new microwave, although it is much BIGGER than we expected. It works very well, is quiet, heats/cooks food evenly and has a quiet beep (much nicer than our last microwave).

I purchased 2 of these Panasonic microwaves as housewarming gifts. Except for the interior lighting which is dimmer than most due to the gray cobalt coating, both families love the appliance. Features I liked: 1. Curved interior -- easier to clean than corners meeting at 90 degree angles. 2. Food heats evenly. 3. The door opens easily with one press of the button. 4. The new technology is great for cooking at lower powers. 5. The appliance as a lower profile -- hence fits under the cabinets. Our cookware fits nicely into the microwave. Before purchasing, one may want to check whether or not the height of your cookware will fit.

We bought this one to replace the same model that we had been using for years (it was time), and when this one eventually reaches the end of its lifespan, we'll replace it again with the same model (if Panasonic still makes it). Note that one of our requirements (other than quality and performance) was its height; it's placed on a counter under a cabinet and other countertop models tend to be too tall. We continue to be very happy with this model!

We finally found a Microwave that we can keep the interior clean. Good size, quality coated interior and performs extremely well.

Nice small size for countertop. Power is a little less than we're used to, but helps prevent overcooking.

This microwave is powerful and offers a range of options, from heating to thawing to reheating. It is spacious, and the operations pad is easy to use. The handle is also great!

Very quiet and heats meals quickly and thoroughly. Hands down the best Microwave we have ever owned. Great value for the money.

Installed only a month , but its very nice, strong performance and lots of space inside more than our previous unit. we are so far happy with it
