Great shaver to have. Battery lasts very long. I bought at least a month ago. It only has been charged once and it is still running. It is very efficient. It works on two directions at same time. The result is clean and quick. Big shaving head, flexible, easy to operate. The only thing bothering is that it's kind of loud while working.

Shaver does a good job for a close shave. Found best shave after washing face with hot water/soap, drying thoroughly and then using a pre shave. Have gone 2 weeks on a single battery charge. Price for shaver was very good, don't believe spending more would have resulted in a better shave.

This is the second Panasonic electric shaver I've owned. The first lasted well over 10 years. This is a great shaver. Gives a nice, close, comfortable shave and is very easy to clean. It's also very lightweight and comes with a nice travel pouch. Highly recommended!

My previous Panasonic lasted 4 years. It still works perfect but was discontinued and I didn't want to change the blades- so I opted for the new version. So far it's been great like the previous one. I get closer shaves than with a razor which is perfect for my course hair. It's worth the money and pays for itself in razors within months. Don't opt in for a cheapy!

I bought both this model, and the Panasonic ES8243A, which are both Arc 4 models. I purchased this one first, and then picked up the ES8243A when it was the deal of the day on Amazon. The only difference I could see was the digital display, which I kind of wanted. The other difference I found when it arrived was that the blades on the ES8243A move at 13,000 CPM (cuts per minute) where as this blue model moves at 14,000 CPM. I did not think that there would be that big of a difference, but there was a noticeable difference in smoothness of shave, smoothness of the feeling on your skin, and this blue razor was MUCH quieter. The other thing I liked about the blue Arc 4 was that it had a lock switch to keep the razor from accidentally getting turned on in your bag. The technology in the blue Arc 4 is newer and better than that of the ES8243A model. Returns the ES8243A to Amazon, and this one is staying. Amazing shave, great price, and it shaves every bit as good (if not better) than my Braun 7 series. The Braun was great, but this is half the price (I got it on a price-match from Amazon), and works great! The whole cleaning systems really didn't do much for me, so I have not missed it with this razor. Just buy this one... you'll love it!

I bought this for my husband to try something new. He had always used clippers and then a razor to shave his whole head. With this shaver, he can actually do it in one step in the shower. It saves him so much time. He uses this shaver now regularly with an electric razor shaving gel. He gets a good clean close shave. It charges quickly and the charge stays long enough to be used at least a few times with no charging in between. He says it's perfect!

Was sad when my Braun died but this shaves every bit as well for much less money. Charges quickly. Runs over a week with daily use. Is a tad bit noisy.

I make a research before to buy it, but never imagined that it will be as good as it's. I was using a Panasonic with 3 blades so it took me a week to customize my face hair to this machine but once, the shave is perfect with not efforts, battery has a long live, i normally take 10 to 15 min and it gave me abt 7 or 8 times, so if is full charged I have not worry in a week trip even if have my charger. The shaving is smooth and at the end fill like baby skin. Excelent shaver.

This is my fourth Panasonic shaver, so obviously I like them. Once you go through the initial 30 day period, you can get a very close shave overall. This particular model charges quick, and cleans up easily. I am sorry that it doesn't have the part you set it in to charge/clean, but I was always manually cleaning my last one regardless, so this isn't a terrible loss.

Fixed and flexible head works well, a nice feature. Holds charge for a week for me which is a big plus. Able to get close around my chin bone beard. Blade speed makes for a quick shave. And I experience no skin irritation. Pricier than what I was looking for, but well worth the price.

The shave feels great and you can tell it's a quality product. The trimmer is also very nice and blades are easily cleaned. The head can be made to be solidly stable or flexible in several directions for a better shave. It charges quickly and can take a part to clean. I didn't like the travel case because it is soft. I spent a lot so I don't want to get it damaged when I travel. Other than that, it's a great shaver.

This is my fourth Panasonic shaver; I keep getting these because they work. After using this shaver for a few days, it provides a close shave similar to a blade razor. This model is easy to use, easy to clean, and quick to recharge.

This is probably the second best shaver out there. Great for the price and meets expectations for a great shave and minimal irritation. It is also very easy to clean.

It's a sleek design and handles well. A little tricky shaving around the nose and upper lip area because of the bulk of the heads. But overall a close share and very portable in the included case.

My last razor was a Panasonic like this. I loved it but its about 5 years old so I thought I would get a new one. Panasonic actually has made a good thing even better. Some of the reviewers are really weird. Little tiny things they whine about. I can say without hesitation that this is the best shave I've gotten from an electric razor. And I've tried all the different types over the years. Its sturdy construction, and the battery lasts and lasts and lasts.

I have a very tough and fast growing beard, and have struggled with various razors over the years from Remington, Phillips, Norelco, Braun, Sharper Image - this is a about as good as they get. Sturdy, easy to clean, good price point - the only downside is that it does not have a stand, so you have to lay it flat on your countertop for your sink

I had a panosonic razor, 9050, for over 10 yrs and functioned great....I decided after a decade of service it was time to replace it rather install new blades. New razor is awesome...lighter than its predessor....I want 3 wks on a single charge and the addition of a lock feature on the power button....perfect....and the shave is excellent
