Fast shipping! Glad Panasonic still makes a solid reliable vacuum at a decent price. Might be a bit heavy to some. Not fond of the foot release knob compared to older Panasonic models. Great suction & cleans carpets. Bit noisy but not too loud, good hoses & love the color! Well packaged & easy to assemble.
