So excited to find a cordless handset and charger that works with my years-old phone system. It was a replacement for a malfunctioning unit that is now working with the new parts swapped in. Thank you, Panasonic, for continuing to make compatible products for those who don't believe in buying new technology every other year! Thank you, Best Buy, for carrying this product! Sound quality, durability and appearance are all great!

The phone has matched my expectations and was seamlessly integrated with our existing phone. My only complaint is when I tried to order next day delivery - the site said next day delivery would take 4-8 days; standard (free) delivery would take 4-15 days. My expectations are that next day MEANS the next business day or Saturday if specified.

I paired it to the main phone and it works great. I can even hear the message machine come on to screen my calls. Works great and no wires.

We needed to expand our existing Panasonic phone system. The new unit was easily installed, and we were able to quickly add our caller list and settings to the new unit.

Like the color red. Fits my accent color in my living/dinning room. This phone covers my whole floor plan plus my garage without static.

This phone was easy to set up and sync with my main phone system. The range is better than any other cordless I've owned. I took it outside and crossed the street to get the mail and still had a clear connection. My only dislike is the voice/speaker volume. When it arrives it is not all the way up so you need to turn it up. Even at it's highest setting it is still hard to hear. I've never had any static or cutting out. I would not recommend it to someone who already has trouble hearing.
