Once it's set up properly, the system works fine. I have a fax machine and voicemail from my phone company so some set up was called for. I always check reviews but this time I didn't, having had a Panasonic four phone system for years that was dying. Two draw backs: 1) The battery charge doesn't last long and 2) the volume especially on speaker is too low. My old system seems better built than the new one.

This is a convenient phone system,. It compact, neat, easy yo set up. It serves our purpose well.

I bought the 5 phone system to replace 5 different phones I had in the house. I wanted the same unit in each location The sound is good, the system works fine and the costs were in line with what I wanted to spend. Very easy to set up and run

We love the system very easy to set up and very convienent originally had a four phone system and didn't think we needed the five phone system but it was an extra benefit which now we realize that the extra phone we now have worked out great.

This system fits my family's needs perfectly! The only thing I don't care for is the bases are really lightweight. When the kids are returning the phone to its base, it is difficult to get the right "tilt" on the phone and they knock the base off the surface. But I can live with that one!

I've had Panasonic phones for ions. They've always worked great in my home. This should be no different.

We also bought the range extender and with that we have been able to contact each other no matter where we are on our property.

Love the audio for incoming calls. Don't like it doesn't have a audible message waiting.

This is a great system so far and I particularly like my sales representative on the day I purchased this.

these kinds of phones are becoming commodity items so I don't expect them to be exceptionally different from each other. But this one seems to have everything that I want and it works great!

Nice package that allows us to have good phones in each room. Sound could be a bit better, but the overall quality is good.

If you have a big house, then you definitely need this phone. It is a great phone for large families.
