This phone set was purchased for my parents. It has an easy to read display and the phones were easy to set up. My parents have been pleased. Having the extra phone locations has been a plus for them!

This Panasonic KXTGEA20 phone announces who is calling, has good sound quality, and caller ID. Mine is located in 5 locations in a two-story house, and we get good reception on all of the phones.

Great set of phones. Easy to set up and program. My favorite feature is the ability to block up to 250 phone numbers! In this age of robo-calls, blocking 20 or 25 numbers just isn't enough.

Phone replacement for Mother who is 85 and a bit "tech" challenged. We charged and then set up phones. Effortless and super easy to playback messages. Love the block call feature too.

Easy to use. Voice announces caller feature which is great? Can additional hand sets be attached to this system or is it a 5 set only?

Such a great phone. The phone rings and announces who is calling. Sound is clear. You can keep hearing aid in to listen without it ringing. I would recommend to my friends.

I had various cordless phones for past so many years but never was happy like this one. All other earlier phones had some or the other limitation (like you cannot block unnecessary calls and even if you can it allowed only up to 20 numbers). This phone is amazing as it can block up to 250 numbers, sound clarity is very clear and just feels very comfortable to hold it.

I LOVE these phones. Was very easy to set up. They are very clear. Love the fact you can hear your message for the handset. I can't say enough about these wonderful phones.

The Panasonic wireless phone system is very well made. Good quality and the reception is clear and sound. What is really great was the ease in set-up. Didn't have to perform any programming on the hand units. Completely user friendly. Just plug it in and charge it up and you are ready to go. The reception is perfect anywhere in the house, front and yards.the only issue I have with is the call buttons are not smooth.you have to give them a pretty good press.

We love that we have a phone everywhere we need one. The distance they reach from the base is a great distance and the sound quality improved from our last set.

Our new townhouse was only built with a single phone jack in the master BR. This system has allowed us to have extensions on all three levels with good clarity on on five extensions. Intercom and paging are great as well to save unnecessary steps on 3 levels. Our phone company offers great voice mail so we are not using the answering features.

This is a wonderful set of handheld, cordless phones! The numbers are large so they are easy to read. The intercom system is very easy to use. We have a large house and it is saving us lots of steps and shouting. Since we have voicemail through our phone provider, we have not used the voice message part of the phone. I assume it works well. Word of warning though: I did have to take the first set of phones back. Best Buy did not give me any troubles returning them. The first worked for a weekend and then died. I have no idea why the phones stopped working. I called the Panasonic helpdesk and they walked me through a number of ways to fix the problem. None worked so I returned the phones. I did not let this hinder my review. The second set of phones is awesome! I've had the set plugged in and working now for over a month.

just love this phone. Easy to learn to use. Clear tone, big buttons. Long phonebook. Intercom. Easy answering system. Five handsets interconnect.

This phone has four handsets which makes it perfect for a large two-story house. Simple enough for even the most technology challenged!

This phone system has several convenient features: talking caller ID, groups in the phonebook, intercom, individual "quiet time" settings so that a specific phone WON'T ring, a backlit keyboard, integration with phone-company voice mail, and MANY more. The instruction manual is thorough and well-written, which is good, because not all of the features are intuitive. The sound quality is very good, both through the earpiece and on speaker.
