I needed a land line phone that could use a headset and this phone fits that bill to a T. and since it has 3 phones and 2 extra chargers, I don't have to worry about my phone charge dieing while working, I can switch it out for another one in seconds.

Even sometimes when the battery is not lowit just drops the car and it's not the phone service it is the phones because it was not doing that with the previous phones I had other than that I love many many features of these phones.
