Open box was discounted $104 and ad said excellent condition so I decided to take a chance. Oven arrived without any dents or scratches. I like the push in buttons and rotary dial over the usual touch keypad. 4 stars because I was unable to get Alexa to communicate. Otherwise it’s an excellent microwave oven.

First microwave with Alexa feature. My mom loves this one with the size and length.

This microwave does a great job. It is easy to use, intuitive, and makes easy work out of heating or reheating anything I've tried. The exterior is elegant as microwave ovens go, and the interior is easy to clean. 16 oz. of water is boiled in 2:10. Popcorn takes 2:20 for a large bag. Quick and with no scorching.

I love the look, and it works awesome. Plus, it’s smart, so you can basically tell it what to do if connected to Wi-Fi and you have Alexa app. I do not like that the clock does not have continuous time display. Very odd to me. However, I feel like the pros outweigh that con.

Very nice microwave. Easy to use and good power. Multitude of 1 button settings and has a sensor for general reheats. Was a good purchase!

Quiet, Works well. Easy setup. Would be better if the clock display stayed on. Panasonic has good reviews on Consumer Reports.

I love this appliance the power is great and it doesnt take a long time to heat my food.

It is a decent sized microwave and works fine but there are a few downsides to it. 1)There are no express buttons so you have to put in the time. Of course it helps that you csn just ssk Alexa to fo it and more importantly 2) you cannot put something in and remote start it through Alexa even after an hour or so. I bought it thinking that I could put in the food and go walk the dogs and on my way back I could ask Alexa to start the microwave so that my food would be ready when I reached home. I tried doing it and Alexa said “ the microwave door has been inactive for too long” so it didn’t work. What a bummer. This feature makes no sense if it won’t allow remote start.

It is esthetically pleasing. Easy to use the different setting options. Heats up a drink or food evenly. Very powerful. I love it!

amazing food and water gets hot almost instantly & evenly.. takes a bit gettin used to with the time adjustments

Instructions for use were not as clear as I would have liked. I am now able to use the machine now and find it convenient. It is a convenient size that fits comfortably on my counter. I am happy with this purchase.

I am loving this microwave. It heats evenly and it even asks you if you want to add additional time. Additionally, I love the sensor heat feature. It senses when my food needs additional time to heat up and it does not burn my food or make it hard.

Heats food thoroughly. Alexa commands a little wonky. Turntable makes noise when operating.
