Posted .Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review! The SL-1200G has a turntable platter of 332mm with approx. 3.6 kg weight. The turntable platter is made out of brass and aluminum die-cast combined. The adjust range of the turntable is ±8 %, ±16 % and the turntable speed is 33-1/3, 45 and 78 rpm. This model also comes with Phono (Pin Jack), Earth terminal audio outputs. As in the end, this would be a matter of personal preference if you would like a newer model or this one. We're afraid that an exact answer to this cannot be provided. We hope this information will be useful! - S
