I had been using Parallels 10 and have enjoyed the upgrades that came with 11. More user friendly and a more seamless feel from OS to Windows. Contacting customer service was a bit of a challenge to actually find a phone number, but was very happy with the service once I gained contact. They showed me some quick shortcuts that I hadn't known about and got things set up the way I wanted and needed. Great product for Mac users who still need or want to use some Window's software.
